Beautiful furniture and great customer support!

"We have recently been involved in a remodel project at our home. We elected to purchase some Caracole furniture from Emma Mason and I received excellent service. Customer support has been outstanding along the way keeping us informed about delivery dates and availability. Nadir has been extremely beneficial and even followed up with me after the delivery was made to make sure everything was in order. I’m so happy I chose to do business with his company. "

We received texts and emails from Drichsen every few weeks to keep us updated on our order, and we really appreciated that! Once it arrived, everything was perfect and nothing was damaged. Amazing customer service!

"I bought a bed over a year ago from this wonderful company…had to move and the movers lost all my hardware for my bed. Mind huh this hardware is very specialized. I went to countless hardware stores, emailed companies online, talked to people all over the country and everyone had horrible customer service and I “walked away” from each experience so upset with the lack of customer service. I called these guys and got an amazing person named Jelica who seemed to really care and try to help me get some new hardware from the manufacturer. It took a little time but I received the hardware in the mail!!! I’m so happy to not be sleeping on the floor anymore!!! She was truly incredible. At one point, I thought she may have forgotten about me, but she followed up via email and said “I’m still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer”. This was so great and comforting. In an age where good customer service is rare, JELICA, you are an ANGEL! Thank you so much!!!

Quite pleased with the entire process

"I Purchased an entertainment center and a coffee table from Emma Mason, Flexsteel brand. My contact was Drichsen. The item delivery was somewhat delayed due to all of the covid confusion going on, however, Drichsen kept in contact with me, kept me updated and thus the delays were easy to deal with. The Delivery guys who showed up at my residence where very polite and courteous and they put together the items and took all of the packaging material with them. As an FYI, I don't normally write recommendations or put my reputation on the line for many companies, however, the entire experience with Emma Mason company was indeed a pleasure and is much worthy of some praise. If ever in the market for more furniture, I would not hesitate to contact Emma mason. In this day and age, it is nice to find a company that still takes pride in their service and dedication to the costumer and customer satisfaction."

New Bedroom Set & Great customer service from Nadir Iqbal!

"This was my first experience purchasing furniture ONLINE! I had a few questions especially about packaging and delivery for these reasons:
The furniture was mirrored (more delicate).
I have a steep driveway.
The furniture needed to be taken up a steep narrow staircase.

Nadir addressed each of the issues I mentioned and kept me aware of the status of my order. He emailed and called me to confirm my questions were answered.

I had plenty of notice and knew what to expect at delivery time. My furniture arrived intact and even a day ahead of time.

Beautiful product!

"I am so pleased with the beauty and quality of these dressers! Tiffy did an amazing job of keeping me informed on the progress of my delivery. The delivery company was very professional and had no trouble navigating narrow hallways and doorways. Very courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I placed my order in July and just received in February. "

Beautiful Furniture and Excellent Customer Service

"I ordered a leather sofa, chair, and love seat in May 2021. Mobi Ullah managed my account and communicated with me with updates and with the delivery company so that I could get my order as soon as possible. Mobi was exceptionally helpful because of the supply chain issues in the U.S. at this time, and I know his job was made harder because of it. The furniture arrived and it is beautiful. Family, extended family, and friends are impressed with the quality of the leather and how comfortable the furniture is. I recommend buying from this company, and Mobi Ullah as the manager of your account."

Beautiful furniture! Great customer service.

"We ordered home office furniture in September and, although shipping was delayed as was all items coming from outside the U.S., Nadir stayed in touch throughout the wait. Nadir updated us regularly on the status of our shipment and followed up after we received it to make sure all was delivered and installed properly. The wait was worth it! We LOVE our furniture."

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

"To anyone who thinks of purchasing from this company, my advice is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND MONEY on this company. I was one of their so-called Success Managers so I know how things work here. The Sales people would tell you it takes 4-6 weeks for your order to get to your house, but the reality is that there are orders from 2020 that have not been fulfilled until now despite them being already paid in full. Most pieces would show to be in stock on their website but in actuality they are not. And when the so-called Success Managers reach out to the vendor for an update, it takes months before they are made available and the estimated ship dates always change. When the furniture becomes available at the manufacturer’s warehouse, it takes another 8-10 weeks for it to be transported to the local delivery warehouse, most of which arrive damaged when checked at the local delivery warehouse and would take MONTHS again to be available at the manufacturer’s warehouse. But even if the furniture is in good condition when it arrives at the local delivery warehouse, it would still take a few more weeks before they get scheduled for delivery because their partner delivery companies also ****! Generally, the average wait time for a furniture to be delivered from the time it is ordered is not 4-6 weeks but 8-10 MONTHS, sometimes even longer!

Also, the pieces are made from low quality materials in Asia and are purchased for more than half the price but are more than doubled when sold to customers. It would be better to purchase your furniture directly elsewhere.

I know all this because I worked as one of their SUCCESS MANAGERS who didn’t care about how their customers felt because they had no choice but to just wait until the furniture becomes available at the manufacturer’s warehouse, yet we would just tell our customers that the order is already available or in transit so as not to lose the order.

Also, would you support a company that overworks its employees, making them work for over 60 hours per week but only pays them 55 hours per week maximum and not leave them a choice because they have emails and communications to respond to otherwise their daily task would not be accomplished? We almost didn’t have a life outside of work because they exhausted us everyday and when we were done woth our tasks, we wouldn’t have any more time to spend it with our loved ones because we would need to sleep for a few hours and wake up again the following day just to do the same things over again. Also, would you help a company that sells pieces with the prices doubled yet pays its employees $5 per hour, when it was originally $8 just because more customers are deciding to cancel because of their intransparency and inconsistencies? The decision is yours. But again, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Your patience will definitely be tested if you’ll order from them so better purchase your furniture elsewhere.

Furthermore, this company decided to not pay me my unused VLs for the entire 2021, even if I rightfully earned them and did not use any of my leaves because I allotted for them to be converted to cash, and despite being told by their HR personnel that I would still be eligible for it and that they were just waiting for an approval from the higher-ups, which unfortunately did not happen. Would you support such company who does things like that even to people who worked for them and got orders completed? If they do not care for their employees that much, how much more their customers? So before you decide to place an order with this company, THINK AGAIN!

GREAT customer success manager

"Bedroom Furniture Discounts has really nice stuff, but my most recent order had quite a few big bumps in the road, However, once customer success manager Nadir Iqbal took over my case, everything changed. He was tenacious in getting answers for me, provided frequent updates on the status of my order, and responded to my questions thoroughly and promptly. I'd order from BFD again only because Nadir saved the day. He is a star! "
