We ordered a bedroom set from BFD on 3/2/21. Due to Covid supply chain issues, it was delayed until 5/27/21 which was actually earlier than they quoted. We ordered the bedroom set with white glove delivery, and the furniture delivery service couldn’t put the bed together because this company didn’t order the bed slats. We told Isabel at BFD that we needed to assemble the bed. After many emails and phone calls with Isabel, we finally had bed slats delivered on 6/25/21. We asked for white glove assembly of the bed (which we originally had purchased) and the furniture assembly company that BFD hired could not get us on the schedule until 7/27/21, which were confirmed with texts and emails and were told that they would contact us 24 hours in advance with a 3 hour window. When we didn’t receive the 24 hour in advance call, we called them and they told us we weren’t on the schedule and the earliest they could schedule us was the end of August. Again, called BFD and asked for a manager to ask them to pay for someone from Task Rabbit and when the guy from TaskRabbit arrived today. He told us the slats were not the correct slats for this Aspenhome bed and our mattress would fall through. We are now in the process of trying to get someone at BFD to make this right or we want a refund. Don’t order from this company!! Beware!!
