Excellent customer service from Daisy.

"Daisy helped me find a replacement part from a bedroom set that I purchased 12 years ago! When my original headboard was damaged, I was afraid I would not be able to replace it. Daisy immediately found the proper part for me and set up the transaction painlessly. The item itself was expensive (not Daisy’s fault), but I expected that. Her efficiency and courteous nature cushioned the expense very well.

I will shop here again the next time we have the need.

Worst online purchase experience till date

"Only if you sort their reviews from low to high, do you get to see the real comments. The rest are all made by ‘comment farms’ who leave 5 stars with names like ‘Cindy, Sheldon, Jack, Bob’, you get the drift.
This is one of the WORST companies I have dealt with in my life. You’ll see a common thread in the low rated comments -
1. Shipping takes months, sometimes close to a year if you’re incredibly unlucky.
2. Horrible customer service (they are just the in-betweens for communication and have 0 power to help), refund charges, and in general sneaky tactics to hold on to as much of the refund as they can.
3. The mysterious escaping furniture. My mirror and chest were ‘lost’ at the delivery partner warehouse. Many others have commented about this phenomenon. Then you can order another piece, and… that takes months.

Unfortunately, these reviews don’t help online customers, it’s the business model and not this particular company that’s to blame. If Emmamason/‘Bedroom Furniture Discounts’ loose their reputation, all they have to do is rename the company anything else - ‘discount furniture mall’, and start afresh. Buy a few hundred 5 star reviews from the comment farms I mentioned above, and they’re set!

I’ve since canceled the Mirror for my Dresser that was misplaced by the delivery company since the re-order would take another few months as per ‘Bedroom Furniture Discounts’. I was promised a full refund and have only received half of the refund back.

As another commenter mentioned, I’ll make it my mission too to post a review on every online review spot. I hope it saves even one person the loss, aggravation, and stress.

Great service from start to finish

"Jodi was wonderful. She gave me updates and shepherded my purchase through until delivery date. The delivery team got my desk set up without a hitch. Not a scratch or dent. They worked quickly and made it look effortless.

Love my new couch

"Fell in love with this beautiful leather sectional with 3 recliners built in at my neighbors house. Went to the store where they purchased it, but did not like their extended warranty. Expensive and only 3 years. Found DiscountLivingRooms.com (Emma Mason) online. Price was much better and the warranty was for 5 years at a better price than the retail store where my neighbors purchased their couch. Nesie, our "success manager" was fabulous to work with and followed up during the entire process. Delivery was timely and professional, and definitely white glove as promised. Another benefit was that no payment was requested until the delivery process began. The retail store required 50% deposit on order."

Great service!

"We were very impressed with the way this company kept in touch with us about our furniture order. Although it took many months from the time we ordered it (typical everywhere these days), they kept in regular contact with us about the status of our order. And they were very attentive with our delivery as well. Our furniture arrived in great shape with no problems. Thanks to Drichsen Noble for keeping in regular contact. Would definitely order from them again!"

Great service!

"Shopping online can be scary, you take the chance of losing money and not being satisfied with the product. As a consumer we no longer are able to see and examine an item first hand, sad, really sad! But, working with Emmamason.com has been a pleasure! Tiffy Tan and Vincent Brando were very quick to respond to my emails and concerns. They were quick to assure me all was well! And finally delivery day came! I love this TV Entertainment Center! Dishonesty

"I purchased a bedroom set on May 1, 2021. Most of my items were finally delivered by December 2021 with 2 pieces broken upon delivery and had to be replaced. The bed, however, was delayed 8 times even though the website said it was in stock even though their employee on "chat" confirmed it was in fact in stock. On the 8th delay I was told it wouldn't ship until January 2023, 21 months after my original purchase. I then realized I would never receive my bed and opted to cancel.

I was told I would receive a certain amount in writing as to how much refund I would receive. Once the cancelation was final, I was told a lesser amount. The company refused to correct it even though it was their error and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Had I known of the dishonesty, lies, and deceit I would have never made the purchase and stuck with my local furniture store. By the way, once I canceled the bed, I purchased the same bed from my local store last Wednesday and it was delivered the next day.

Terrible buying experience!

"Bought and paid for bedroom set that was In Stock according to them in Oct 2021. Received partial order several months later. Kept emailing and calling about the rest of the set and was always told it wasn’t in stock yet even though their website showed it In Stock. Finally after many calls and e-mails I was told it would be shipped in August, then September then October and that I would have to find a drop off point to unload freight and I would have to pay for shipping even though when I purchased the set free home delivery was guaranteed. And if I didn’t give them a business with a freight dock to deliver to, they would cancel my order! After several calls which didn’t do any good I finally canceled my order myself. I did receive my Money back soon afterwards. Don’t count on getting your order when promised and Do Not believe the In Stock scam they run when looking at furniture online. Call and talk to agent to see if it’s actually in stock and ready to ship. The whole deal felt fishy to me. Buyer Beware, advertising items in stock when they are not seems very dishonest and not a legitimate business practice. Ended up making the same purchase from another company for the same price!"

"I chose Emma Mason because it was the best price for the table I chose. All my dealings with the company were TOP NOTCH - from the order process, to communication, to delivery. I was very pleased with my Bernhardt table and when I received it through their White Glove company, it was in perfect condition! I love it and would definitely recommend this company."

Prepare to wait years...

"Ordered a bedroom set on 4/10/21. Product was noted as "in stock" for "8-10 weeks delivery", which was why it was selected. Two months later (on 6/7/21) I was told there some pieces in the local warehouse, but no delivery date was known for the "rails and nightstands." I approved partial delivery, and these components were delivered (damaged) on 7/10/21 (after several more delivery delays.) That was when we found our "rails" basically meant the entire bed. Rails (the rest of the bed) and nightstands were finally promised on 12/28/21 but they arrived missing one nightstand. The missing nightstand was finally located and delivered on 1/5/22, but was missing a trim piece. Multiple delivery dates have been promised and not met ever since. It is now 8/31/22, 16 MONTHS after the order was placed, and I still don't have anything. Dozens of promise dates missed. No control over their supply chain. Zero concern for their customers. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers should steer well clear of bedroomfurniturediscounts.com."

"I am delighted with my purchase and overall buying experience. I bought 8 seaters dining table set. The staff was always available to respond to my questions, even on the weekends. Fantastic Customer Service

"Our experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts was excellent. While we did have slow shipping because of the pandemic, all representatives kept us informed. The delivery was smooth.We had one repair issue that was dealt with in a very professional manner. Very satisfied with our experience."
