"The printing is great however the banner does not sit perfectly flat on the frame and bunches a little at the top and the side edges curl inwards."
“Hello Vicki. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you faced issues setting up your Step and Repeat backdrop. The curling is only due to the banner being packed in transit for a while. You can use a hot air blower on the back to flatten it out. With regard to the bunching, the frame is adjustable and can go up to size 10 feet width x 8 feet height. Kindly extend the poles to the maximum height and this should eliminate the bunching at the top. If the problem persists, please take a picture of the product clearly showing the problem and email us at feedback@bannerbuzz.com. Our Quality team will gladly look into this and assist you with an appropriate resolution.”
