On price grabber the price was 28.69 total with shipping when I seen the invoice is for 30.91. Needless to say this will be my last order from them."

I was very impressed on the ease of orderinging and the speed my order was placed, however 3-4 day shipping really means 6-7 days, (don't pay for the extra postage). I even contacted the BCD2000 customer service and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I will definately order from BCD2000 again, "
"I work in the IT industry on a personal level with top exec's. I have always purchased my supplies online through 2 or 3 different vendors. I wanted to try another supplier so I tried BCD2000. I purchased around $700.00 worth of the computer parts to upgrade a customers computer. I sent out a money order for overnight deliver to arrive on Saturday so they could ship my items out for 3 day shipping so that I would be sure for arrival before the next Saturday which was my dead line with my customer. My tracking number showed that the money order arrived early in the morning on Saturday, but that no one was present to sign for it. I called BCD2000 office on Saturday to let them know that they had missed my payment. They said that they would take care of it. By Monday night still no one had signed for it. I called Tuesday morning and they told me it was received and my items were going out that night for delivery by Friday. O.K. Then Wednesday morning the tracking number said they had just signed for my payment. I called Wednesday and explained the situation for immediate delivery by Friday in order to get my job done on Saturday. They changed the shipping from 3 day to 2 day at their own expense. I thanked them knowing I was getting my stuff just in time. When Friday came the package arrived. I opened it up to see that the RAM was missing. I called BCD2000, to my dissappointment they told me that the RAM was being sent from the manufacture as a separate order and that it would not arrive till Monday. I explained that I could not do a computer upgrade to my customer without having RAM. They would not send out another brand of RAM overnight at their own expense to meet the customers needs. If I would have known on Wednesday that they were sending out 2 different orders, I would have switched to a brand of RAM that was in stock. I finally had to go to CompUSA and purchase RAM late Friday night so I could meet my customers demand for dependability. I will have to take the RAM that arrived on Monday and sell it off of Ebay, because I surely do not want to have to deal with BCD2000 again."

"Buying from BCD2000, for me, was a positive purchase from beginning to end. I searched first for the computer monitor that I wanted—I eventually selected the Samsung 191T+Bk. This process took several weeks, then, I spent almost another week looking for a retailer. Hence, I can confidently conclude that I made the right decision on booth. BCD2000 has knowledgeable salespeople, friendly customer service, timely emails, fast delivery, and great prices. Here’s a direct quote from one of their emails: “We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. "I agree with a previous person's comments that BCD2000 is practicing bait-and-switch with its shipping charges. They offered a pretty good price (not the best, but still good) on an Adaptec 3100LP USB adapter, advertised with $4 shipping. But when I finally got to see the real shipping charge on the last page of the checkout process, they more than doubled it to $10. That amounts to a 20% increase in the price of the product!
On the same page that BCD2000 finally revealed the true shipping charge, they included a weasel-word disclaimer that "shipping charges may be higher than advertised due to UPS surchages for residential and rural addresses." This is completely unacceptable for two reasons. First, BCD2000 hides the inflated shipping charges on the last page of the checkout process. Second, the claimed justification just isn't true. BCD2000 is a business that gets discounted rates due to high shipping volume. According to the UPS web site, the actual shipping charges from BCD2000 to my home should be $5.29 or less. One can only conclude that BCD2000 is padding shipping costs to increase profits.
Naturally, I did not complete my order, and recommend that you also avoid BCD2000. Please don't reward these shysters by giving them your business!"

"I found this reseller through pricegrabber and purchased 2 ups protectors. I received them within 2 days and they where shipped in excellent condition, just as promised. "I place an order for a DeLonghi Cafe Figaro, on the premise that the item was definately in stock. I received a confirmation of my order saying my order would not be charged to my account until after it has been shipped out. Well the next day i receive and email saying the item is out of stock and therefore will not be shipped, but their order tracking page confirms that the order has been paid in full. I email to cancel my order, but no reply. I call long distance and get a machine, leave a message but get no reply.
Finally got a reply and my order was canceled. However my credit card was charged the day after the order was canceled. I am awaiting a refund for the charge."
