"Ordered on Sunday. Shipped on Monday. Arrived Wednesday via freed 2nd day air. Product factory sealed and exactly as advertised. This site had the lowest price on the monitor I ordered. BCD has a 0 dead pixel policy on LCD monitors (if even one dead pixel they will send you a new monitor). I could find no other site with this policy. The only minor problem I noted with their site was, at times, rather skimpy product info. Overall, I would give this company 5 stars and would not hesitate to order from them again."

"Horrible company. Unprofessional business processes. Shipping error after shipping error after shipping error. After paying for 2nd day air shipping AND receiving order confirmation on Dec. 31, I still don't have the product (Microsoft Office 2003 Small Business Edition software). Repeated attempts to send me the product have been in error. Poor customer service attitude and not empowered to fix problems satisfactorily."

"I had ordered a CTX monitor and I have a problem with this monitor and wanted to get an even exchange for another one. I have left a message on Sunday 1/4/04 asking for a call back. I emailed the company on 1/5/04 and today 1/6/04 I have still not heard back. The monitor has a problem and I believe that I should not have to pay to ship it back. Now I can't get a hold of anyone in their 813 number and I am forced to return the monitor for a refund and take my business elsewhere. I have never felt left out as how this vendor has treated me."

This company had the lowest prices I could find for an external USB floppy drive. The order arrived on time and in good condition. Setting this drive up on my computer was as simple as plugging it into my USB port on Windows XP professional. No drivers needed to be installed, although a CD with drivers on it came for other versions of Windows. All in all I would have to rate this company a 10 out of 10. I am very satisfied with my purchase form this company and would purchase item(s) from them again, and recommend them to friends.
