"I do not appreciated being charged $8.95 for shipping and having my order sent via regular mail, which only cost $1.06 in postage to send. It doesn't seem to me like you earned that extra seven dollars and change just to steal my money away from me."
" BCD 2000 is a rip off. I bought a piece of $25 software but also paid the same in shipping costs. And after paying an inflatted shipping fees you would expect to recieve your product on time. Don't hold your breath, you will wait and wait and wait. The web site for their customer support is full of lies and is not what is really going on. I thought this company had some good products and good prices. It's the lies and over charging on their shipping that will prevent me from ordering from them again. Look for yourself, you won't find what the shipping fee is until you get your credit card statement. I guess this company doesn't value it's customers. If I had good service and honest fees I would buy again. Looks like BCD's compitition will get my buisness next time."
"This company was deceptive about shipping charges. On Price Grabber they showed about $4.30 for shipping. During the order process, the shipping price jumped to $9.33 with a disclaimer that the "price shown on 'PG' doesn't reflect UPS rates". The package was shipped USPS showing a shipping cost of $3.85 and $1.95 DUE when it arrived. They did good. They got me for $11.28 for that one pound package of software. They also lost any future sales from me. "

"Ordered 2/3/04 site said avalibility early Feb. Two days later site said avalibility 24 to 48 hours. Next day site said 24 hours. On 2/12 called to check status I was told that they were receiving there shipment that day and mine would ship either 2/12 or 2/13. On 2/16 checked order status still showing backorder. I called on 2/18 to cancel -- you have to call to cancel cant cancel from website, and I was told that no one form their company would have told me that it was going to ship. What B.S. THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I asked why website still shows
---usually ships in 24 hours --- he said he was trying to get his boss to change that.
Apparently they do not update availibility even when they know its wrong.
P.S. Try to get customer service all you get is an answering machine. Also toll call.
