"I ordered some DDR RAM from this co. back in 2002 (not 2003 as I entered - the form wouldn't take anything older than 2003- but it was advertised as "Lifetime Warranty". Recently one of my modules went bad so I contacted BCD and got an RMA number. I returned it to them about 7 weeks ago and have yet to get an exchange. Numerous attempts at contacting them have been unsuccessful. Last Friday I faxed them in an attempt to get some information. In the fax I mentioned I had held an hour and a half on the phone trying to get through to someone at the company. Monday their main contact number on the website was removed.
You decide. If a company would rather remove it's phone number from its website than hire help to answer the phone ...
Kind of amusing they have a link to this site from their site so users can see what other bcd customers think. What gets me is all the negative remarks I've read and yet they somehow still have a 7 point rating? Only reason I can think of for that is it appears the
service is just getting worse as time goes by, and possibly it has deteriorated to this point fairly rapidly."

I placed my order on April 20th and they charged my card immediately. My order status is listed as paid, but not shipped, with no explanation. All phone numbers ring fast busy or have been disconnected. I have not gotten an answer to any email that I have sent to them."

"I bought a Touchstream from BCD2000 and it did not work, I asked for my money back and after many tries got an RMA number to return it. I shipped it back UPS per their instructions. A month later I did not receive a refund to my bank account. I have emailed Jeanene Arrington, BCD 2000 VP of Customer Service and Vendor Relations repeatedly for a refund (272.00). She kept referring me to accounting and then gave me a number to call which was a voice mail which was not answered. Now she will not answer my emails. I informed her my last email (which she chose not to answer) that I would be filing a complaint with the manufacturer of the keyboard, and anyone who would listen. They promptly took my money guaranteed a refund if their was a problem and have the keyboard, my money and will not return it. I told her this was stealing and it is and this was what caused people not to trust merchants on the internet to buy anything. I don't know what else I can do. Any suggestions? "
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BCD2000! They broke two of their company policies and basically stole my money and my LCD Monitor. First, after making the purchase they sent an email confirming the purchase. In the email BCD2000 wrote, "We will not charge your credit card until your order actually ships; however, we will get a pre-authorization on it," BCD2000 charged my credit card 1/20/04 and the product didn't ship until 2/27/04. I was able to get the BCD2000 to reverse the charge.
Then BCD2000 told me the product was in customs and should be available tomorrow. They told me that about 5-8 time over four weeks. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, which seemed like forever. A little truth, honesty and proper forcasting would have been professional.
Finally, BCD2000 has a 0 bad pixel policy for the Samsung LCD monitors. There were three bad pixels, so I followed the BCD2000 return policy. Obtained return authorization paperwork, an RMA, and shipped the LCD UPS Ground and insured. I have verified BCD2000 recieved the LCD and that is when they stopped communicating with me.
NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. NO RESPONSE FROM MY EMAILS OR MY PHONE CALLS. BCD2000 has my money and my LCD and has failed misserably on their other policy of SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
It also turns out that that the customer servicer rep previously assigned to me resigned from the company after finally getting her on her cell phone she had left when processing my return paperwork or RMA. I highly recommend you avoid dealing with this company.

"Contrary to published policy, my order was charged immediately after the order was received although the item ordered was not in stock. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. There has not been the usual offer to cancel the order when an item is out of stock and certainly no one from BCD2000, Inc., has offered to reverse the credit card charges until which time the item is in stock once again. "Do NOT order from BCD2000. Despite an originally pleasant purchasing experience (on recommendation of a friend), the return process never worked. The company has 1200 dollars on my credit card and my defective LCD. They have not shipped any replacement, and it has been about three weeks. I've been on hold for hours at a time with no luck, and my emails occasionally get responses that never accomplish anything. This company is not trustworthy."
