"Great Customer Service. I ordered an aftermarket cruise control. Right after I ordered it, it said delivery would be by June 2, which was almost 1 month later. That was unacceptable, so I called to cancel the order. I was forwarded to a gentleman that said that June 2 was absurd and he knew that it would ship the next day. I didn't cancel my order, the kit arrived on Friday, May 6 and I installed it on Saturday, May 7. It works great - one happy customer!"

"With the current experience Im dealing with, Im not surprised by reading some of the poor reviews posted on here. I placed an order on May 5th with an estimated ship date to be the next day. I called yesterday just to check the status, and was told they would ship that same day. I called again today for the same reason, and was told they would ship today. If this keeps up another day or 2 Ill cancel the payment. Will update this post when I either have my full order or my money back."
