"Terrible customer service!! Original "estimated" ship date was the day after item was ordered. After over five weeks of backorders and excuses, on April 15 I tried to subsitute a comparable item for the one on backorder. Was told it would take 2 days. Over 2 weeks later on May 2, I called and requested that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued, was told I'd be 2 days to process. Now they are avoiding my calls by transfering me to a voice maoilbox once they pull up my order number.
