"Worst ever, i recieved my order and one part that was verifed to work with my vehicle per website and did not. I called the company only to speak to a live person and when heard needed to send part back she transfered me to another line. I held for 57 minutes total on call and got to a v-mail. I left message with my number and heard nothing. Been at least 1 week now. Also sent email after call sumerizing and asked for a call and nothing. Guess stuck with window vent visors that dont fit. Got ones that do from a reputable source. Unless they call soon and offer to give credit or refund I will not be using them again"

"If you want what your hard earned money buys you within 3-5 days at a good price. You will buy from Auto Parts Dealer. I am always skeptical of the stores that I first time buy. I plugged in the model number for the sway kit into the search bar. Easy to order, quick delivery, exactly what I wanted no gimmicks, brand new hardware. I'm glad I bought from these guys."

"Cancelled order the same day because the prices mixed up, I was still charged and one item was sent to me and refused of course. They do not answer emails and it will take several attempts and hours if you get in touch with them at all over the phone."

"Worst, Horrible company !!! False in stock parts. No order status communication.AutoPartsDealer rules say that they will not charge you until the product ships and not until after they notify you of the charge. After my order was placed, they charged me immediately and without notification. No communication with customer service, after 55 min they ansver the phone and put again to the line, after next 50 min of waiting put me again to the lain and again, again.... . Problem with refund for canceled order. DONT BUY FROM AutoPartsDealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about customer service. Check out their report with the Better Business Bureau. I placed an order for an item; my credit card was charged for the full amount; the next day I received an e-mail indicating the product was no longer available, and I should expect a refund in 5-7 business days. After 8 business days, no refund. I contacted them, and I was told to be patient. I should never have been charged for an item that was not even available (should be removed from their website). When I was charged, it should have been refunded immediately."

"Good prices on items but horrible customer service. I was shipped an incorrect set of brake pads and went to go return them. They transferred me to the return department and I had waited an hour and 40 minutes with the automated message increasing my wait time as the call went on. First transferred i was caller number 6 with an 8 minute wait after an hour and forty minutes i was caller number 3 with an estimated wait time of 68 minutes. pressed 1 to leave a message in hopes that i might receive a return call but voice-mail box was full and got transferred back to the individual that first transferred me. She seemed confused and just transferred me back to returns again. Back to waiting again and I have very little faith that i'll get my money back. "

"Ordered a muffler that was defective and they will not accept a return because it was installed. It was installed for 3 hours and they don't care. They told me that I have to go through the manufacture.
