"So most of the people on here have probably been paid off to rewrite there review as I was. I will get to that later. If I could post pics and text messages I would. My next step will be going to the better business bureau. As most of the bad reviews on here I have had a long bout with Audiocityusa. I am going to give the short version as possible without leaving out the important details. Basically it took 2months for me to get all my rims and tires. It took a week to get my rim and tires in the beginning. At the dock where I picked my package up I looked at the product before accepting it. The rear wheel for the slingshot was damaged due to a forklift picking it up wrong. I sent that one rim back took pics and sent it to Santiago Santiago sales rep. Santiago said that keep the rim and have a machine shop touch it up it will be ok. I told him I paid too much money for me to have to do that. 3 weeks went by Santiago claims it hasn't got there yet and he said when it does then he has to take the tire off and put new one on it. Called again the following week he said that he was fixing to send it out I told him not to forget the lugs and lock key. They left out my lugs and lock key which they had to overnite after the 2 months were over. Got a text from Eleazar saying if I delete my bad review he would give me $100. I did delete it. I put the rims on and we had a heavy down pour. I got caught in the rain. The next day day I washed the slingshot. I noticed that it was the same rim that I had returned due to forklift damage (the rear wheel). It look like someone cleaned the wheel up and used a black paint marker to cover it up. The rain water must have washed the paint marker off. I sent my photo evidence in to Eleazar in he basically dismissed my claim. Buyer beware of their loyalty, processes, business, and products."

"I have been calling for over 3 weeks to have this issues resolved.
I was sold tires and wheels that do not fit my truck.
I specially asked if they would fit. I was told yes. I specially said I did not want to alter my truck in anyway. I did not want to have my truck lifted too, I made that clear.
I was assured that they would fit. After waiting 10 days of being told they were coming everyday. They arrived, damaged and the wrong size. They did not fit my truck and every wheel was scratched.
I called that following day to speak with the salesman and I was sent paint and a lift for my truck. ( I made it clear prior to purchasing I didn't want to alter my truck. So now I have to paint what was supposed to be brand new wheels and tires that don't fit. I went to have the lift put on I was quoted between $800-900. I called the salesman again. I was told to take it to a local dealer and it would only cost around $100. So I go and sit for 2 hours and I am told that I am looking at let 4 hrs of work at $80 plus an alignment and of course tax. I would have to come back another day to have this taken care of. So now 11 days later no one wants to take my calls and call me back.

I talked to Anthony and told him what i wanted but he said my trucks lug nut pattern was old to get the rims i was looking at. So he stayed on the phone with me and sent me pictures from his personal cell phone to show me what rims would be compatible with my truck. Got the rims within 5 days, perfect fit and look good as i wanted. I definitely recommend audio city usa for rims. "
"I was told by Eleazar that everything would work out fine. Just install right in the driveway and that’s it! The tpms does not work in which he said they installed. I even had him verify before I purchased I would Not have an issue(because the contract states they are Not responsible) or he would refund the 150 and he did through text. He is not refunding the money. His guarantee fit is a lie! They rub on a sharp turn in which I have to tolerate or repack and ship back. Well after receiving and installing that was Not happening. I will have to deal with that being it was my decision. Who wants to go through that process, but again I was told it’s a sure fit. After bringing it to his attention he responded “good to know”. I would not do business with them especially if you are out of state in which I am. "
