"These people are CROOKS! If you are buying on their website, and dont live near the store.. STAY AWAY! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! They will sell you defective rims that cannot be used. I bought a set of rims from this Place. I live in Texas. This place is in California, so I am not about to just drive to their shop and demand replacements or refund. They sent me a set of defective rims. They have heavy spots in them and will not balance. When I drive 45 mph or higher, it felt like a wheel was about to come off. My steering wheel shook so hard that I could barely hold it. I took these wheels to Discount Tire. I had new tires put on, and nothing but problems with the balancing. The Manager at the tire shop tried everything they could to balance the rims. The Road Force machine detected over 20+ lbs. of heavy spots in 3 of 4 rims. I called Audio City to get a resolution. I spoke with Brian. He was not willing to help at all, I told him that I will dispute the charge with my bank if he does not make this right. He told me that I was Bu!!****t, said I will have to prove the rims are defective and hung up on me! Then I actually had to dispute the charge with my bank. When my bank contacted them, THEY LIED, told my bank they had contacted me to make resolution. This was a COMPLETE LIE!!, These people never contacted me to make this right. I am still in dispute with the bank and out $1060.00 for some DEFECTIVE RIMS THAT CANNOT BE USED, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AUDIO CITY!!. They are CROOKS and LIARS!!. I advise to read all Google reviews for this place. The bad ones are buried. I am not the only one Audio City sold warped or defective wheels to, and left us stuck! I would rate with negative or 0 starts if I could, but I am forced to choose at least one start to post this reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"They will sell you rims that dont work for your car. They will sell defective rims that wont balance out. They sell warped rims that have heavy spots in them, so your car will shake and vibrate when driving. I went to Discount tire every day for over a week trying to get tgese wheels to balance. Even the manager had to jump in to see what the problem was. The Road Force machine showed there was over 20lbs of a heavy spot in 3 out of the 4 rims. I tried to return the defective rims. A guy named Brian cussed at me and hung up on me. If you want to make a purchase from this place online, DONT DO IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE ON THEIR WEBSITE. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

Audio City gets pretty busy so I suggest calling them in advance. They accept walk-ins, but calling them in advance to make an appointment with one of the sales reps is highly recommended...or you might be waiting a good minute. They don't mean to hurt your feelings, but if you were the customer being helped, you wouldn't want them to be assisting others while it was your turn!

"I ordered a set of wheels and tires, to be delivered to my home in another state. They promised me the wheels would ship and arrive on a certain day, as I was taking the car on a trip and needed new rubber as I was driving a very long distance. They didnt ship the wheels when they said they would, as I confirmed with the shipper they used. They then told me the shipment would be late due to weather in LA. For which I spoke to the LA distribution warehouse director from where the wheels were based out of. And they told me there was no weather related issues with travel what so ever. I ended up having to go pick up the wheels from the shippers warehouse, so I had them in time for my trip. All in all its there loss. I was getting ready to place on order for 26" wheels for my brand new Range Rover, as well as several pieces of very expensive stereo equipment. Which I will not be doing now, due to what I have had to deal with.
Stay away from this company. It took 2.5 days just to get my tracking number for this shipment because the gentleman I was dealing with, told me no one came into work that day. So he had not idea where the tracking number was.
I would highly recommend you to stay away from this place. There product is ok, but there customer service is terrible. "
