"They were rude from the very start when I just wanted to ask fitment and other clarifying questions. My salesman, Eddie, was also rude. The wheels I ordered had to have a special tool that auto shops locally did not have so I had to take them an hour away from where I live which took around 4 weeks to get into. After finding a ride and paying someone gas money, the mechanic calls and says they didn't provide the lug nuts i paid an extra $70 for! When I contacted Eddie, my salesman, he acted as if it was my fault and when I said they need to be overnighted/2nd day he told me mo and offered no apology. I called in asking for lug hut info and they were again extremely rude and gave me no info and when I said then you need to expedite the ones I paid for, they said rude things to me and hung up on me even though I was never rude once was just asking questions. Avoid this place!!! "
"First of all I would like to say that all these negative reviews that you read on this company are true as unfortunately I found out first hand! I ordered a set of 26 inch Artis ( Lexani ) wheels and tires from them for a new 2022 F-150 Platinum and paid $4100.00 After several days of discussion on the fitment I placed my order, the discussion I had with the sales rep named Gilbert assured me that a +33mm offset wheel would fit flush or even tuck inside my wheel wells, I stated to him that I wanted a +35mm minimum to be sure as I have had 7 different F-150s in the last 10 years all with 26s on them and he again guaranteed me these would fit flush and he would verify it with Lexani he then called me back and said Lexani would offset the wheels to a +33mm because of center cap issues and that not to worry that the +33 offset will fit perfectly flush if I run a 295 series tire, I then told him as long as they don't poke out past the wheel wells that's fine, he then repeated I guarantee they will fit flush and just like I figured they stick out about a half inch. The truck is on adjustable air ride and no matter where you set it the truck looks like a rock crawler instead of a lowered truck! I explained to Gilbert that the truck was on order and would be in within the next 6 weeks and he said if there were any issues when I was installing them that as long as I didnt drive on them that we could do an exchange on them at that point but not to worry because he knew they would fit, then when I notified them about the issue they passed me off to this wannabe expert named Derek ( the absolute rudest no nothing person I think I ever dealt with ) that informed me the sales rep Gilbert was a legend in California and that Forgiato, Rucci and Lexani consult with Gilbert before building their wheels for his expertise? They all laughed at Forgiato and Rucci when I told them that not to mention they both said you wont believe how many times they heard these kind of horror stories about AudioCity and the scams they pull! Derek basically told me too bad you own them now and deal with it and of course this Gilbert guy denied everything he told me in the past? The tires don't even fit the wheels correctly, they are about a half inch away from seating against the wheel lips.2 of the 4 leak air? I decided to take them to a very reputable Forgiato dealer in Detroit Mi. who inspected them and said he recommended not to drive on them because of safety issues and to my surprise then told me that the offset measured at a +30 even though on my contract and receipts it states a +32 ( lied to again ) There also is a large Rucci dealer about a mile away from Forgiato that told me almost word for word the exact same thing that Forgiato told me! After speaking to an attorney we decided to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office on a fraud complaint and low and behold they told us they have received more than 1 complaint about this company. My attorney is confident that with the paperwork we have that they defrauded me on this sale. I hope everyone that they scammed gets the results they seek! As for now I put them in my basement and ordered new ones from a reputable dealer! I expect to see them post a response stating that they are trying to work with me and that its all going to work out, Don't believe it. both this Gilbert guy and this so called wheel and tire genius Derek should be ashamed of scamming their customers! I had read feedback posted by three elderly people that they scammed too! I am in the process of leaving feedback on every site possible. Sooner or later karma is going to catch up with this bunch of crooks I can tell after talking with numerus other unhappy customers! They act like they don't know who you are after they take your money for the sale! I'm posting this to try and save other people the experience a LOT of us had to go through period! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! You will NOT get what you pay for!"

"This business is horrible! They actually do not deserve the one star I gave them. I bought a complete set of rims and tires two months ago. I was sent the wrong rims with the wrong bolt pattern. I called (Bobby) for several weeks to ask how to fix this. He blew me off completely, stating I couldn’t return my purchase because the rims had been mounted…nope, not today! I called the finance company and told them my situation. They were FULLY aware of the bad service this company provides. They send the wrong stuff, refuse to return calls and want nothing to do with you after the sale. I’ve never written a review in my life; this place is horrible! Do not shop here!! "
"I am 50 year old gentleman purchased a 20" set of rims and tires for my wife They were supposed to be copper they sent me a set of painted gold rims with pits and them it's them then 3 months after they were on my car we took our car in to Kia to have it serviced it's a 2020 Kia is 20 Kia serrinto they informed us the tires had huge knots on the insides and we could not even drive our car when they're home there Also the wheels began flaking off the gold like they had been spray painted this is the honest-to-God's truth I have pictures they would not value the warnit's not value the warranty at all they said we took the car mudding and we are a disabled couple they talk to us very bad on the phone and gave us the run around for over 6 months would not replace our rims and entires at all They just stopped messaging us back and told us it was too bad that we could go to hell That is a $2500 set of tires and wheels that is setting in my driveway pitted up flaking off and ruining"
