"Customer service responded very quickly with more than acceptable solutions to shipping and quality issues. We are glad we ordered from Article even though it is an online only store. At first we were hesitant due to no in-store sofa to check but with many positive reviews and pictures online, we went ahead with our sofa purchase. Once received, it was simple to move inside from curbside drop off, unpack and assemble.  We are glad we did and would recommend this company to all. Thanks Article."

SO LATE!! The worst & slowest delivery I've ever experienced.

"I ordered my chair set in early January I keep receiving emails to update me and let me know it will be delayed. New ETA now is mid MAY. FIVEmonths for a simple (non custom) chair. Disappointing."

We’re so sorry to hear about the delays with your order and we completely understand your frustration as longer ETAs are not normal for us. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on the global supply chain, we’re experiencing significant delays with some orders, which you can read more about here: https://www.article.com/help-center/delivery. Even better in person!

"Love our new chairs! A little concerned about purchasing something we couldn’t try out in person but the design and size of the chairs seemed perfect for our space so decided to give Article a try. Comfortable and sturdy, not too firm but good support and seem like they will hold up well. Thought shipment from Canada would extend lead time and we’re completely blown away that an order placed on a Thursday night was delivered to Colorado the following Saturday morning!! Great experience, we will definitely order from Article in the future."

If I could marry one of my kitchen chairs, i would.

"I was really nervous about buying chairs for my kitchen table because I have arthritis in my lower back and most of the time end up on my couch to eat dinner because of the pain from most dining chairs. But I really wanted to celebrate cooking food for myself lately, so I took a chance with the Ecole dining chairs. Not only are they amazing in quality and visually pleasing but I could sit at my kitchen table for hours. These chairs are more comfortable than my ergo desk chair. I’m hoping to buy another set, for wishful post-pandemic group dinner. Thx ❤️"

Sofa Cushions Deteriorated After 1 Year

"After about a year of light use, my back cushions on my Sven Charme Chocolat Sofa has lost its shape and luster (for reference, I am a 100 lb female). I reached out to Article and was recommended to simply fluff my cushions. Well, this is something I've been attempting to do for the past year and it hasn't helped at all. From the conversation, it appears that this is a complaint that the customer service team receives regularly.

You get what you pay for; I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for a couch that you'd like to use for more than a year or it's in a room that you plan on sitting on the couch regularly (vs in a waiting room or living room). Now I understand why this couch is at a slightly lower price point than it's competitors. I regret not paying the price for a higher quality couch.

The Sven sofa is designed to develop a relaxed vintage look with regular use so it looks more lived in over time. Additionally, the leather used on our Sven Charme Chocolat Sofa is a full-aniline leather that uses no pigments or corrections — in other words, it has more natural characteristics than a semi-aniline leather which has a thin layer of wax applied to it after the dying process which results in higher color uniformity and will maintain that over time. It's what I've been missing!

"I purchased a coffee table last year after looking for nearly 2yrs!!! It's pink, stunning and my absolute favorite piece. Since then, we've purchased 2 other Article items. We're still waiting on the most recent one, delayed due to COVID, however our Narro Brass side table arrived just last week and it's a beaut! She'll be in the same room as our Silicus coffee table - perfectly complimenting one another. Article items are top quality and any time I've had to interact with their personnel has always ended with a smile. "

"I had an issue with the ordering process, and used the Chat system to ask questions. The service rep, Ariel, was super helpful and patient with all my questions, waited while I placed the order, and even updated the order to fix a mistake I had made. It's our first purchase with Article, but if the quality as good as the service, we'll be repeat customers!"

"The leather dining bench I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged. It was refreshing to see that the bench was shipped whole versus disassembled. I can't remember the last time I've ordered a piece of furniture and where I didn't have to put something together. The quality, design and structure of the bench is very apparent - not to mention it's comfortable! I'm so happy with my overall Article experience and have already ordered more furniture! "
