"I ordered a $700 chair from Article in February of this year which arrived missing its back cushion. I have since then been trying to claim it with no luck. I have over than 15+ exchanges with Article's customer service and 4 different shipments (4 weeks each) were sent to me with wrong items. After waiting 4 months for the cushion to arrive in the warehouse, they shipped me TWICE (4 weeks in between each shipment)a cushion cover without the actual cushion, and the third time, they sent me a seat pad instead of the actual cushion. Till this date (9 months of waiting), I have not received the actual missing back cushion. I dont know what else to do."
