"Absolutely do not buy from Article. I had such a huge disappointment when my sofa was delivered as I could tell it was not at all like what they had featured. The couch was barely stuffed and you can feel the frame. When I asked them about this, their odd reply was that I needed to pay to have it filled if I thought it needed filling. They informed me I was stuck with it. Since then I've realized I am not the only person with this problem. My mom purchased a leather sofa from somewhere else for a fraction of the cost of this one at the same time I purchased mine. While hers has held up, within the year my cushions sank so much they won't hold their form despite fill and fluffing throughout the day, the frame fell apart, and the couch is sinking from all the slats that have broken. I'm constantly repairing this thing. I should add we had a couch for 15 years prior to this that held up wonderfully. We merely decided to change up the style. So, it's not as if we don't know how to take care of furniture. I tip toe around this thing. I hate that I wasted money on something that would be in a landfill if it weren't for my steadfast responsibility to keep something this large this out of it."

Everything I have ordered has been quality, stylish, easy to assemble, and arrived relatively fast compared to other furniture retailers these days. I ordered on Dec 30 and everything was delivered on Jan. 12. I purchased an entire household full of furniture and it arrived two weeks earlier than I expected. I paid a one-time fee for the in-home set-up, and it was more than worth it. Delivery went so smooth! The guys were amazing. On-time and with great communication. They unpacked everything right outside the door, then carried it inside where I wanted it. Even moved some older furniture out of the way for me. Afterwards they took all the boxes and trash with them. EVERY single piece was 100%. Each piece was carefully packaged and wrapped, but in a way that it was easy to unwrap. And without the usual wastage of material. I'm so impressed, that's why I'm gushing! If you are looking to buy from them, all I can say is "Go for it! You won't be disappointed. Every item is high quality and I know that they will last.

"The sofa is lovely - the sleeper mechanism is easy to operate, the size is great, and the arms are comfy. It feels like it’ll hold up well!
However, the service was even better; the guys who dropped it off the first day couldn’t fit it in the room where we wanted it so they CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY!! They carried it up, assembled it, tested it out, and made sure we were happy before leaving. Good customer service is hard to find but Article has clearly got AMAZING people."
