"I bought a Macbook Pro for a great deal from Walmart. This was going to be a Christmas present so I wrapped it up and waited to give it to my daughter for Christmas. Christmas day came and it didn't work when my daughter plugged it in. I called the company twice and no one called me back. I sent them 2 emails and no one emailed me back. I called Walmart and they can't accept the purchase because it's a third party seller. "
"Bought a WD30EFRX hard drive from this horrible company on Ebay two years ago. The drive started to fail about a month ago. Checking for warranty on Western Digital's website indicated that this is an OEM product and Western Digital does not service OEM warranty. WD suggested to check with retailer. I contacted the retailer for refund/exchange and the retailer denied having had sold the product and also denied warranty request. Further attempt at contacting the company with proof of inadequate warranty for a product that was originally sold as "new" was ignored."

If my Apple computer dies on day two of use, I DO NOT fault Walmart, or the store I bought it from. The latter mentioned is their biggest faux pas/complaint, and they are clueless in this of the most sacred business practices " custom satisfaction". To top it off, here you have a business that according to the toppermost of business watch-dogs says about your business "....a seller that does NOT participate at Reseller Ratings..." , now you are DONE! As a fellow business-person, we HOPE you improve, and to the buyers we say, you are no better - in supporting this business and its practices; moreover, you deserve no mercy, no help or sympathy when all the black flags are blatantly in front of you!"

After two weeks with no delivery, I looked up other reviews and found that this merchant had terrible ratings. I emailed the company last week and have not heard back from them yet.
