"I started my new buisness and tried to ship my 1st order with shiprocket.the pickup was done and the status on the app was showing delivered.but my customer said it wasn't delivered.when i tried to complaint to customer care they were saying to wait for 3 to 5 days..but after that also no response ...very very disappointed...never going to ship through shiprocket"
"Courier Saturday pick hona tha wo Tuesday tak pick nahi hua. Koi bhi delivery boy Courier pick karne bhi nahi aaya phir bhi remark main likh rakha h seller not available. 72 hours se uper hone ke baad bhi Courier pick nahi hua. Complain pe koi dhyan deta nahi .
But till now they haven't improved their customer support service. Very pathetic and takes long time to resolve your issues. "

"Very bad experience with Shiprocket team, it is better to choose any local shipping team than this as you are risking your stuff. One of their courier agent picked up a big packet from my end and delivered a small packet to customer. Unfortunately customer was not available at home and she find out this fraud after 4-5 days. I did many complaints, shared sent and recieved packet pics and even told them that I have CCTV footage as well of the executive who picked up big packet still they closed my complaint saying that as per SOP, complaint should be done in 48 hours max. I am trying to find out the culprit on my own but I would request everyone to deal with them at your own risk, they are not bothered that fraud and theft is going on with their customers and just follow procedures blindly without considering situations or customer loss...!!!"
"I am really disappointed with such a incompetant service of Shiprocket. I am just starting my business and needed a courier partner. so I have created by account and started the process of shipment.
for my first order, they delayed the pickup timeline on their own. I had to cancel the shipment and pay a priority fee to another courier service, where I went and couriered the product.
Now after one week, I thought its a one off case, and I again raised a pickup request for pickup with Shiprocket, thought of giving them another chance.
But they again disappointed, they didn't give any shipping timelines, and nobody came for pickup, when taken to the customer care, they wanted me to further wait for 24-48 hours.
This is not how a business is done.
they don't understand the importance of timeliness and prioritising.
I am going to switch from Shiprocket to another courier partner now as I have completely lost faith in these people."
"This is Such A SCAM company. This is my second review for them. I have tried reaching their customer support on call and email but no one replies to your queries. They just tell you we will try to resolve it and nothing else.
ONE OF MY SHIPMENT IS SHOWING OUT FOR DELIVERY FOR LAST 6 DAYS. TODAY THEY CALLED MY CUSTOMER AND REQUESTED HER TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
Start ups work with shiprocket only to ensure they get better prices and good service but in turn shiprocket is trying their level best to close small businesses.
And for all the complaints they usually comment same reply with a request to send an email to escalations@shiprocket

N on top this 2 parcels which ver RTO by these guys , n even not delivered to my customer neither back to m , I went to the office personally to collect them ,they now claim weight dispute and charges m almost 350/- together !!
