"I ordered Prada Sunglasses from this company in August. They sent an email they did not have my glasses in stock but would search for them. I wrote back immediately and cancelled the order and told them to credit my Visa which they had already charged although they did not have the glasses. THEY WOULD NOT DO THIS.......INSTEAD they started texting me 3 and 4 times a day asking if I would like to work for the company. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up talking to an attorney about this company. I got the texting stopped but they kept emailing me to choose another pair of glasses. They REFUSED TO CREDIT my Visa. Day before yesterday I was talking to my attorney about this company and I got a email that day my glasses had been mailed. After numerous emails and at least five long distance calls I am going to get a pair of glasses that I DO NOT WANT because I ordered from a company that sent me what I wanted within a week.
This company is a SCAM. They do not have glasses..........they search online for them then send to you and I have no idea if the ones I got are real or FAKE Prada's. I certainly paid for real.
UPDATE:
I have turned over all emails from this company to my attorney. I also have all of the TEXT MESSAGES they have sent. My husband seriously wants to move forward and sue this company.
ANY POSITIVES EMAILS YOU READ ARE ONES SENT BY THIS COMPANY. Our attorney said it was easy to check out all positives emails to see if it is the company employees doing this. That Becky is a piece of work. When I talked to her on the telephone one day and asked if I was being scammed she replied "how can you be scammed if you have a order number" now I ask you how stupid was that comment? If anyone is interested we could have a class action suit against this company.

"I purchased glasses. Received them quickly so that's good. After I placed the order and received an email saying my credit card was declined. I checked and I had already been charged. Scam #1. I emailed them about it and never received a response. They conveniently placed another glasses order in my shopping cart but I was smart enough not to place a 2nd order. The glasses were uncomfortable. And after research they were NOT the authentic glasses from the manufacturer. I asked for an RMA number and was told there was a 20% restocking fee. "I accidentally broke my favorite pair of Brooks Brothers eyeglass frames and lenses that I have owned for two years. I like the frames so well that I returned to Lens Crafters to purchase a replacement pair. I was told that the frames are no longer made.

The next day that company emailed me and told me that my Brooks Brothers Frame had a defect in the template and they could not sell them to me that way, so they cancelled my order.

I am 66 years old and I have bought a lot of eyeglasses during my lifetime. I have never heard of any company that I bought eyeglasses from having one of their employee's contact me and ask me for a tip.
I did receive a previous email from an employee at opticsfast.com asking me if I would do the company a favor and leave positive reviews for my purchase on several websites.
If you think I going to click on a link and give you a tip just because I purchased eyeglasses online from opticsfast.com you are sadly mistaken. Maybe I should go back to the websites where I left good reviews and let people know that I was contacted by an employee of opticsfast.com asking me for a tip. I personally think that you have a lot of nerve asking me to give you a tip because I purchased eyeglasses from opticsfast.com.
If opticsfast.com is not paying their employees enough maybe they should charge more for their eyeglasses so they can pay their employees a better salary.
