SOS SOS SOS - Save Our Sunglasses

"We tried several repair company's including Oakley but our ten year old sunglasses didn't seam to have a chance of repair. Oakley said they don't make parts for sunglasses that old and we were hopeless. Then I discovered the OpticsFast Website. There was a glimmer of hope and after a quick conversation I mailed my glasses to NY. Within a week I'm wearing my Oakley Square wire sunglasses again. "

You made my dreams come true!

"For over a year I have been searching for a pair of pink reading glasses that matched my personality. I found them with OpticsFast and realized I could get them after an eye visit at Costco, who has ugly frames. Not only do my glasses fit perfectly but they let me work with safety.

Just wish I had at least gotten a case with my glasses.

"I lost my Ray Ban's on a flight a week ago. I looked everywhere for these glasses and no one sold them anymore. I looked online and found them here. I bought them hoping they were right and they showed up so quickly. They are the exact pair and are in peron. I will probably order a second pair soon for a backup. Thanks!"

How do I give a negative score? Do not buy from these crooks!

"I ordered a pair of sunglasses on line that they then emailed and sd they did not have in the color I ordered. I emailed back and sd I did not want any other color so do not charge my card. They shipped me a different color anyway and did charge me. When I complained to my credit card company, they gave them a falsified order form. Fortunately, I still have the emails back and forth to prove I clearly stated I didn't want the color they shipped. I could also prove the form was falsified."

False Advertising

"I ordered a pair of coach frames on the website. Upon my purchase the add stated that they had the frame in stock and that it will be shipped in 24 hours. After waiting 2 days for an email I called. Spoke to DIANNA. One of the most rude person I've ever talked too. She told me that the frame was not mailed because they had to oder the frame from someone else. I told her what the add said. She told me that they have a 72 hour rule before anything get shipped out. I told her that her add said 24 hours and that I paid for the 3 day shipping. Conversation got really ugly when I asked for a refund. She was very disrespectful. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said that she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to her boss. She stated that she is the boss. I called back several times. She answered every extension. I called the corporate office and left a message. An hour later I called her office again, suddenly the frame was being shipped to me. Got the frame with a cheep case that you can buy at the 99 cents. Another lie. No coach case. I returned the frame. Lost about $50.00. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. By the way I received an email offer of $5-10.00 For a good review.
However I did purchase another pair of Coach frame with the rx from DESIGN OPTICAL and I very very satisfied.

Saved my expensive gla$$e$

"My optician said there was nothing to be done with my expensive prescription sunglasses (polarized progressive lenses cost hundreds of dollars!) when the plastic frame broke. I had only had the sunglasses just over a year when they broke near the hinge.

OpticsFast repaired it, keeping me informed every step of the way. A lifesaver--thanks!!

New Set of Eyes

"Used OpticFast to repair two sets of glasses with scratched lenses and broken hinges. Good
News is that glasses were repaired well and look like new. Down side was the customer service rep was abrupt to the point of rudeness when I called on the status of the order and the return packing was terrible. Two pairs of glasses were returned wrapped in a small used plastic bag with only a paper towel between them. The return box was large enough for them to bounce around in transit. Repairs took about 5 weeks to complete.

Gucci sunglasses

"Order came a little late but I love the glasses. I had the same ones in brown and didn't think they came in any other colors so when I saw them on optics fast I just had to have them and the best part was they were $200 cheaper than what I payed at sunglasses hut... will def buy from opticsfast again."

OpticsFast Rude Customer Service!!

"I called Optics Fast and got the lab. I had a question about whether they could repair Safety Glasses or not. I was told we have only done repairs for over 20 years. I thought OK, I will give them a try. I mailed my Safety Glasses to them and about a week later I received notification that they could not repair the glasses. No big deal, I replied to the customer service and said can you put the lens in a new frame? I never got an answer. I tried to call a 9 am EST and basically was told to call back in normal business hours. I asked what time that was and was told "around 11" When I called back the customer service person rudely told me you can not do this unless you have the exact frames. I was OK with that. I then received a bill for -.01$ where I learned math that is a credit? So I ignored the bill. Several days later I got a email asking if I paid my bill? I replied no that my bill was a -$.01 and that was a credit. Next I received a nasty email stating "Do not tell me what a bill is, just pay it and we return the item." Next I picked up the telephone and called customer service and asked the question "How do you pay a bill that is a credit" The lady on the telephone was nice and said when you place the credit in your shopping cart the bill will pop up to pay the return shipping $14! Needless to say Becky S. and OpticsFast you will get some advertising from me! Save money and time and don't try this company! "
