I reached out to customer service and we tried a couple of different things, but it never came back to life. So, I had to return it. Not only did their online RMA firm not work, but they have no support on weekends, and when I finally did discuss the return with a support rep the following week, it took over 30 minutes and dozens of questions before they issued an RMA number."

"Placed an order, my card was charged instantly, next day I get an email saying my order is cancelled. No response from them as to why it was cancelled. Never got a refund, had to file a chargeback with my bank "
“Thank you for the honest feedback. We do apologize that your order was canceled as this can happen for many different reasons within our system. When we charge your card the charge is just a hold which is released instantly on our end once the order is canceled. Your financial institution would then need to release the hold on their end as well to see the authorization disappear. ”
