Payment 4 out of 5 * (cos they toke 1 whole day to confirm the payment)
Customer Service 4 out of 5 * (cos sometimes their given number switch off)
Service over all 4.5 out of 5 *
now what they have to do that they need to improve there order confirming & shipping service, because they wrote on the product page that they will deliver or ship same day but they are not doing this, they are taking 1 week almost to deliver the product in your hand,
so whom expecting the delivery on the same day please do not expect that, they will deliver to you within 10 days.
but overall they are very good.

"This is the worst online shop in Pakistan.
Even third grade startups are at least honestly
dealing with the customers. This online shop
initially traps you by fulfilling a couple of deals
but later they would ask you for money in
advance and would not deliver the product.
I initially bought a couple of items worth a few
thousands, which they delivered on time. After
Wards they asked for Rs 5000 in advance,
which I happily paid keeping their rapport in
mind. Its been more than a month and I have
not received the product yet.
They don't attend phone calls nor respond to
emails. They are also not willing to refund the
money, which they took in advance.
There is no option of zero or negative stars so I
have to give atleast one.
Posting the review just to warn others about
this online fraud. FIA or PTA should take notice
and ban such websites and also punish them. "

"Ordered twice. Takes a month or more to deliver something which is already in stock which in itself is a horrible experience but the worst is the customer service. I called to ask about my order and due to a grammatical mistake in the order the customer service agent who was already using a very rude tone told me he has better things to do. If I wasn't shocked by the tone of that person's voice I might have burst out laughing at what he said. This has truly been the WORST experience of online shopping ever and if you're looking for the worst in everything then this is your go to place.

"I placed an order on 13th but the order is still not delivered. They supposed to deliver order within 24-48 hours as mentioned on product page. How could they deliver the order if the order status is still pending??? This is my last time on iShopping. i had a worst experience with you. First time i placed an order in 2014, i bought a 3tb external hard drive and that took around 28 days to deliver in islamabad from karachi. In 2017 i thought that hopefully they would have upgraded their services and quality and i place my 2nd order and unfortunately paid the amount in advance using my credit card but all gone in vain. Same poor third class customer support, no order confirmation no email no sms no call nothing. They are biggest liar in online shopping.
