FRAUD - Do NOT buy from!!!

"After reading the many negative reviews, (before I purchased anything) I decided to call the phone # listed on the website. To my surprise, it was not iShopping. The woman who answered said they were a State Farm office in California.

She said she keeps getting calls, not sure they used their # as a contact - but this is clearly a fraud.

FRAUD

"I ordered Samsung A30s on 15th of November and paid in advance and as per their commitment the phone should be delivered within 5 to 10 days, but its been 14 days since I ordered and whenever I call them I get this response
"Sir your order will be shipped in 5 to 6 working days"
Plus they do not cooperate with me by giving any sort of contact number of any superior authority of that #FRAUD company....

Ishopping.pk is fraud don't order any thing from them

"I have seen these reviews, I am also the victim of Ishopping.pk ordered LED TV on special promotion price on 14 Aug 2019, with complete advance payment. After 20 days upon my query they replied that your order is cancelled due to non-availability. From that date till today getting response from their customer services upon my continuous queries that your refund will be process soon. Every time a new date.

I am working on it hopefully I will make this ishopping.pk banned and give lesson to whole team of ishopping.pk. Please don't order anything from them there are several other reliable online shopping options available like telemart and daraz.

Scam period

"Ordered Sennheiser headphones. Next got call from areesha the CR, asking for advance payment. I had opted for COD as i was not sure about this platform (iShopping) and this asking for advance payment just hit all the red flags. So i cancelled the order.
P.S: the 5 star reviews on this page are fake. These guys are a scam!

Stay away.

Fraud

"Placed an order for Edifier XM6BT Speaker System With Wireless Remote on the 19th of August. The next morning I got a call from their sales agent Areesha, who said I had to make an advance payment of 2000 PKR due to "seller requirement," which I didn't object much to and said I would do that later that day. Around 4 PM she called me again, with a rude tone asking me why I hadn't made the transfer yet, as if I owed these people. I politely said I would make the payment right away, and I did. I asked her how long it would take after the transfer, and she told me 3-4 business days. I agreed and she hung up.

For the next month, I constantly reached out to them about my order, and they kept giving me weird excuses from "it's out of stock" to "the seller doesn't have it" to "we're trying to contact a different seller." I asked them why they were selling, and taking advance payment for, something that they didn't even have? And if they seller did not have the item that I had ordered, why did they need advance payment from me? None of my questions were answered to satisfaction, only more time was asked.

After a frustratingly long time, they finally told me that they had the product, but they wouldn't be able to ship it due to Moharram holidays, I was so frustrated by this time that I didn't care when, as long as they delivered. Because by this time I was starting to doubt if I would ever get what I'd ordered for. Original order placed August 19th... dispatch confirmation email received September 11th. No compensation for my time, failure to deliver on committed schedule. But I was relieved that at least I would get what I'd ordered.

Come delivery, the product box was loosely wrapped within a cardboard box heavily taped. Once removed, the Edifier box looked in pretty bad shape, and the tape used to package it looked like it had been unprofessionally packed by NOT Edifier. It looked taped at odd angles, indicating that the speakers were repackaged. Honestly, I didn't mind as long as I got what I wanted. But there was no remote. I immediately panicked and whipped my phone out, made a video of it, and sent it to their WhatsApp support number.

Long story short, their crappy customer service agents have indirectly called me a liar repeatedly, refused to refund my money, and given irrelevant justifications on how it's virtually impossible that I did not receive the remote since they buy directly from company and it's company packaging therefore I'm a liar (a part they leave up to you to figure out). Only thing, I know I'm not lying, and they haven't entirely been honest about their business model. No refunds, the most incompetent and unprofessional customer support, and I have a very strong feeling that they're selling used/copies/refurbished products as new. This is a criminal company parading around as a reliable professional business. They need to be taken down.

Donot waste your time

"I ordered two items on ishopping.pk almost 10 days ago, for 1 item i recieved a confirmation call after 5 days days and the 2nd items confirmation call still didnt came.. Both the items are not sent till now.. they didnt even bother to call me or mail me either my products are not available or whatever the issue is behind not sending my products....i waited alot, now i am gonna order it somewhere else....please please please dont waste your time."

Plain liars and pathetic customer service.

"I would give them negative a review if it was available.I ordered Redragon k552 b gaming combo from their site. Their was no mention of advance payment but they asked Rs 2000/- advance(First red flag) . I payed it and they said it has been received and i will receive it in 5-7 days.I didnt receive any email from them again and whenever i inquired about shipping they just said tomorrow. After not receiving my order for 13 days i cancelled it and requested refund of advance payment. I gave account details and they replied 4 days later that refund will be completed in 7 days. It has been 14 days and they haven't refunded the advance. The call center person said that it will be refunded by next week for the fourth time. they lie and lie again their behavior is unprofessional and no self respecting person should ever do any business with them.Complete waste of time and sanity.

Extortion Racket

"This was the worst online shopping experience ever.

TL;DR at bottom

I ordered an Asus motherboard on 9 august 2019. I was told to pay advance of Rs 5000, which I did. I was told that my order will be shipped within 5 working days. Over the next three weeks I contacted them several times to check my order status, each time I was assured that my item will be shipped soon. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I told them to cancel my order and refund my advance payment. But I was told it wasn't possible at this stage.

I contacted the seller directly to check if they have that particular motherboard in stock (It wasn't and it wouldn't be for 2 weeks). This was contrary to what I was told by the ishopping.pk. When I confronted them about it, they replied with " You are not allowed to contact seller directly" and my item will be shipped "this week"

Fast forward 41 days later, item was still not shipped. After a prolonged back and forth with the customer support, they finally agreed to refund my payment. They say I will receive my money back within 7-9 working days (lets hope its true) .

TL;DR: Only order items worth less than Rs 1000 from ishopping. And never give advance payment.
Although I would recommend avoiding them altogether, if you can help it.

Worst experience

"On 28th may i ordered a product from ishopping.pk worth 15k after 16 days on june 14 they said transfer 5k in our account so we can proceed your request i sent them 5k via bank online they said you will receive your product in 15 to 20 days on 6th august after 2 months they said we cant deliver your product with lame excuse. we will refund your amount . After August 06 they said it will take 7 to 9 days in refund today its 16 of sept now they not replying my mail nor attending my calls .. only there WhatsApp representative come with new excuse every day . What should i do now ? "

Worst online shopping website.

"iShopping.pk has the worst shopping services. Their management is really poor and the excuses they make to justify their horrible service is even worst.

On 29th Aug I placed my order, on 30th I received a call saying that I've to make advance payment as its "seller's requirement". After payment (and confirmation of payment from them on same day) they completely forgot about my order and didn't bother to update its status for one week (the order was supposed to be shipped in 3-4 working days).

After bugging them repeatedly on Whatsapp for 2 consecutive days they started making lame excuses on 6th Sep about the delay in shipment due to "general holidays" (and guess what, they were talking about holidays of 9th and 10th Sep which had not even started at that time. HA!!).

When I made them realize the fault in their excuse than they came up with another excuse that the product is out of stock (even though they had already taken advance payment from me a week ago). I mean if the product is out of stock then why are hell are you accepting order and calling me to make advance payment because of "seller's requirement" :@ WTH man..

After some heated discussion on chat, they tell me that I'm not understanding them correctly and they will call me to give "better guidance". Okay so I wait and wait and I don't receive any call. So I text them again that they were supposed to call me, and voila, here comes the call for "better guidance" with the same excuses one by one but only in female voice this time (as if hearing the same excuses from a lady customer support representative will make them any better) :'D.

After getting tired of hearing one excuse after another, I apologized and told them that its completely my fault that I trusted their services and made advance payment. And requested them to just tell me after how much further delay I'll receive my parcel. After getting confirmation that I'll receive my parcel after another week (which did not sound very reassuring by the sound of it) I ended the call and prayed to receive my parcel at all any time in future.

Worst online retail website (Ever - After Kaymu)

"My suggestion to everyone is to keep away from www.ishopping.pk. They might be good for items under Rs.2000 but for expensive items, never ever pay using credit card or bank account transfer as then you will not get your product and will also lose your money. I now have no doubt that iShopping is doing fraud with its customers.

I have placed an order on www.iShopping.pk website on August 15, 2019. I have made a total payment of PKR 19,108.82 through my credit card. I have received two items from the order. I have been told on August 24, 2019, that the third item is out of stock from the supplier inventory.

I have been asked by www.iShopping.pk that if I want any other product within the same price which I have refused. I have clearly told iShopping.pk support staff that either sends me the same product or refund my product amount.

After August 24, I have been calling daily and asking about the refund and every day I am being told my request has been forwarded to the concerned department and I will be contacted soon. No-one contacts me after that and every day it is me who is calling regularly for the past 8 days but there is no progress.

I have sent an email at "****@****" on August 28, 2019, and warned that if my issue is not resolved then I will contact cyber crime wing of FIA (Pakistan). In response, I just received "You have already been guided on call and your query has been forwarded". On the call, I was being told the same thing that "Your request has been forwarded and we will contact you soon".

I then sent an email to "****@****" which is the official email for "NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTRE FOR CYBER CRIME (FIA)" and send the copy of this email to "****@****" on August 29, 2019. Again I just received this email from iShopping.pk stating that "As guided on call, you will be updated within 24 hours from us.". It is clear that iShopping is intentionally not processing the refund and also not giving any feedback regarding the issue.

iShopping should have a clear mechanism and if a customer has paid the amount in advance and product is not available then they should not follow delaying tactics and should respond in time. They should either send me the same product or refund me asap.

PATHETIC experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

"I have cancelled my order out of sheer frustration and disappointment. This is my second bad experience with you guys. I will never shop again from you. I booked this order on 11 Aug 2019 and after 7x days, you guys responded that price has been changed. This should have been told much earlier. New price is not an issue but the way you guys deal with e-customers is. Even now, old price is shown. Screen shot attached.
2x weeks back, I booked a G-shock watch at Ishopping. After 4-5x days, i was told that it was out of stock; whereas, it was shown in stock. Even now, the same status is being displayed. Screenshot attached.
As a customer, I would reckon it as POOR dealing.
