"Terrible customer service!!! Couldn’t confirm the color of the laptop i ordered. Every time I called they said you will informed in 24 hrs. Wasted so much of my time and couldn’t deliver a thing. Refrain from ordering anything from here. They also ask for advance. Don’t fall into their trap. "

Delaying tactics and no delivery

"I ordered Samsung jabra elite 65t on the 9th January and still havent received anything despite numerous commitments. This is just a middleman site . It does not hold any stocks . They have the shitiest vendors and they make money wheather the product is delivered or not . If the product is not delivered they get to keep your advance money in the bank for a month and get interest on that . The worst experience of my life . "

Worst site in online shopping

"It was Worst ever experience in online shopping, I placed order on 13th Oct 2018 and I was asked to pay advance payment of 40000 which was paid on 16th October and I was told that i will get the Laptop in 12 working days but after 2 months they were asking for extra 20000 otherwise they will cancel the order i refused to pay extra then these rubbish guys took one month to refund my advance. I will rate iShopping as below.

Worst online shopping website - iShopping.pk

"Worst online shopping website (iShopping.pk). I placed an order for this Google Chrome Cast on 30th December 2018 and was informed that I'll receive it within 4-5 days. After 5 days, on 5th January 2019 upon calling them I got to know that I got to know that there was a delay in the process and "it will take MAYBE 20-21 working days". Its ludicrous that I was being asked to wait for such a long time for such a thing, that too without any certainty. The operator didn't seem to be very polite either. I asked them to cancel the order so that I can buy it from some other place and they simply told me that I should wait because if I opt to cancel, it might take a month for the money to get reimbursed. I still don't know the status whether they really have cancelled or not because there is absolutely no intimation from iShopping. Then 2 days later they emailed that your order was not cancelled because you will receive the product in 4-5 days. As expected that did not happen. I called them on 14th January 2019 to know that It'll take further 1-2 Weeks. Very disappointed to say the least! I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Stay safe of these scammers guys!"

Worst Service. Its my 2nd time here and all the same.

"Never buy. They don't even process refunds. Beware. Ordered a macbook pro 2 months ago and they are just giving dates and delaying. Got date for 15 Jan now and I know they'll delay it further. Worst service. Total SCAM. They take your money and then you just keep on begging. Don't know what happens now."

"ishopping" a scam store

"I am writing this out of sheer frustration. I ordered a cellphone (pocophone) which they said is in stock. I paid an amount of more than Rs 49000/- in advance. After about two weeks when I inquired about the status of my order I was told that there is an availability problem which they maintained later on. I, therefore, canceled the order and requested a refund which they said would be made in 30 working days. It is now well beyond 30 working days. They seldom respond to the email messages. The call center never connects the callers to anyone to the ishopping staff. Every time I phone them about refund the operators at the call center tell me that refund will be made in another 7 working days. I am thoroughly frustrated. I know it now that there have many cases where they have tried to swindle the customers like this. They never respond to your emails. I sent an email about the refund to their CEO, Adil Jafar, who does not seem to care either. There is a need to bring this out in the newspapers so that the general public is aware of this scam store. I am now going to take this case to consumer court if I do not receive my refund as promised by them. Please beware they scam whenever they can. "

Misguiding

"I was about to purchase Macbook Pro MR932 from their website thanks Allah I have researched about them before paying them in advance.
When I placed order they didn't mentioned anywhere in their website that they will charge around 50% advance even on cash on delivery.
After placing order they called me next day, that I have to pay them in advance because the product I ordered is expensive and buyer can refuse to purchase.

"I ordered an iPad cover, they told that it will be delivered in 2 weeks, its been more than three months, I made them cancel the order, and asked them to refund the advance, to date am still waiting for refund. They look more like a scam website, who show they have the product make you make the advance payment and then don't deliver. "

Worst Ecommerce site

"Ishopping is basically website of deaf and dumb people where they are not sure whether item in stock or not. Keep the money and then do not pick the call, or respond on any social media account. It is always a nightmare as well as torture to itself. Anyone who is interested in experiencing depression and stress can place order of any item and then enjoy for next two months.

First of all if you place order while the website saying that item is in stock that is a big deception. 90% of their product are not in stock. Then they ask you to change model by providing the most expensive and over the market rate items. Third they will ask for up to PKR 25000 bank deposit even if you had selected cash on delivery. Dont fall into that trap. Now comes the part of shipment which will takes ages to ship the item even if it is confirmed that it is in stock and payment made they will starve you for a week for shipment. Last but not least they will commit that they will share tracking id in 5 mins or an hour. That is also a false alarm as after that they wont call you or update you for next 2 days.

Recently i placed an order and it would be last with ishopping although i was willing to purchase more item but their behavior made me change my mind because i had enough.

Their UAN is the worst thing in the history of ecommerce where you will listen to their music for 20 minutes and call will be dropped.
