"I bought Note 8 N5100 from ishopping. Price was the lowest as compared to other online stores. And I was skeptical that product would be new and genuine. But product was fine and service was ok. Only bad thing was the delivery time exceeded their declared time of 7 days but I received the product after 20 days. When I called them about the delay, first they told me there was custom problems and don't worry. In later calls they seems to be subtly irritated by saying that I would be informed when product is received. That sounded to me like don't call us repeatedly. It may be because they don't have that product in stock and has to import. But they must give proper and logical answer about the delay. Secondly, 24 hours checking warranty was not offered clearly but they seem to be willing to cooperate if product is damaged. Previously their website used to offer free 7 days checking warranty but no anymore. I would rate them 4.5. If above things are improved, I would rate them 5."
