"Do not do business with this company!! I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to receive my order, and according to the ups tracking page it hasn't even shipped yet. I have tried contacting ikitchen customer support via email three times now (once per week), and no response. I will try to find a phone number to contact one of their reps, and otherwise I'll just request a charge back from Amex. I give this worthless "company" a 0/10, and that's being generous."

"I paid for coffee maker # 72-DCC1200-FR got a tracking number within 3 hours but the item was not shipped for 15 days and I received it 2 days after they shipped it. What a surprise it is not the item I ordered, instead it is item # CBC-00BWFR no one could possibly have mistaken those two numbers. Now for the big surprise. When I opened the box the coffee maker had a used coffee maker smell, the plastic handle was broken away from the top of the carafe, and there were no instructions or manual with it, it also had 4 lose filters in the filter basket (not wrapped or protected).
These people are scamming a lot of people out of money with no intensions on ever refunding or shipping the correct item.
The coffee maker I received is not worth the cost of shipping it back, and I told them that when they send me the item I ordered to send a pre paid shipping label with it and I will send this thing back.
Also be aware that their return policy is nothing after 14 days from the date of the sale (I wonder why they waited 15 days before shipping) and the item returned must have all of the instructions and manuals with it and must be resalable.
I’m going to email everyone I know and ask them not to buy anything from these scammers including ekitchengadgets.com, ikitchen.com or Kitchen and Home Gadgets .
I will also contact Cuisinart and PayPal so they can deal with them.

"If you want to wait forever for shipment, not be able to track your package online, and not be able to contact anyone- this store is for you!

The only way to contact is via email. They do not respond to your email requests by the next day.

"I placed my order on December 20th. It is now January 10th and there is still no update on my order status. If I call customer service they make me sit through a minute or two speach about the website, then it rings a few times, then the automated system tells me to try my call later. Each attempt at calling customer service takes about 2 or three minutes because there is no way to skip the speach. I'm pretty sure this store is a scam."

"I am very unhappy with iKitchen.com.

I placed an order for 3 items on 12/07/06. Plenty of time before Christmas. I was wrong.
I received part of my order on 12/27/06. I didn't receive the other part of my order until 01/01/07.
I sent several emails during this time to try to find out the status of my order. I finally had to threaten with a charge back because they would not answer my emails.
I won't be purchasing any other items from this store. And I don't recommend them.

"Shortly after placing my order I received the standard verification E-Mail. After that I waited ten days and had received no communication at all from iKitchen. Their website also showed no change in my order status during that time. I then sent two E-Mails on different days stating that if the order had not shipped I wanted it canceled and to respond that it had been canceled. Within minutes of the second message I received an E-mail response stating that the item was ready to ship, and did I still want to cancel. I replied that I was unhappy with their lack of communication and did not want to do business with them. Minutes later I received an automated response with a UPS tracking number stating that UPS had been notified to pick up my parcel for shipment to me ("Billing information has been sent to UPS," etc. on the UPS tracking page). The next morning the iKitchen website showed the order had been canceled but the UPS pickup order was still active.

So as I type this I have to wait before ordering the item from another reseller because I cannot be sure whether iKitchen will be shipping this to me or not. And after all that I found it for about $15 less elsewhere.

This was my first experience with this company, and needless to say, I will not do business with them again.
