This is the first ordering problem I have had with Newegg. Customer service was able to fix. Maty was terrific.

Awesome Customer Service. Things don't ship very fast, but I always get my order. One time my item was on backorder, I asked for a refund. Customer Service was fast to respond and fulfilled my request. No problems. I am a happy customer and will order from them again.

I am very unhappy with iKitchen.com.

I placed an order for 3 items on 12/07/06. Plenty of time before Christmas. I was wrong.
I received part of my order on 12/27/06. I didn't receive the other part of my order until 01/01/07.
I sent several emails during this time to try to find out the status of my order. I finally had to threaten with a charge back because they would not answer my emails.
I won't be purchasing any other items from this store. And I don't recommend them.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience with CompactAppliance.com.
I purchased an Tabletop Avanti Wine Cooler for a Christmas gift. I got a really great price and only $35 to ship. It was heavy! They shipped it Federal Express. and I received it within 6 days.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Ordered online and received an email verification right away with a tracking number. I got exactly what I wanted and at a terrific price. Shipping cost was average. Shipping arrival time was average. They sent me a really nice surprise gift with my order. Awesome!

Terrific Shopping Experience. I got a new Nikon Coolpix 4500 for only $409.95 plus $16.77 in shipping. Terrific Price. No hardcore selling but I did buy an additional battery. Ben was very nice and very helpful. Shipping was prompt. Camera was packed well. The only thing that could have made my experience better was receiving a tracking number. But still, I'm all smiles!

I placed an order for a Nikon Coolpix 4500 Digital Camera. I used my credit card and ordered online.
When they called the next day to verify my order they tried to sell me items that I did not want. So I did not purchase any additional items. Later, they then emailed me and said that their credit card processing was down to pay with Paypal. I could not do this so they canceled my order. When I emailed and asked for email confirmation that my order had been canceled. I never heard from them.
