Never again

"Called costumer service two times regarding a product not meeting my expectations. They promised that they would get back to me but they didn’t. Two weeks has soon passed.
Really bad service!
Will never buy from them again.

Fraudulent company AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

"I ordered nearly £2,000 of motorcycle gear some weeks ago. I came home one night to a box that looked like a dogs dinner left on my doorstep by UK Mail. It was in such bad condition that I could lift the lid of the box with my little finger. Around £1,400 of gear was missing but my girlfriends jacket was still in there. I contacted FC Moto who basically said the rest of the stuff should have been in there and it wasn't their problem. I said I still wanted the gear I had ordered but they are not interested without charging me again. I have said that this is no receipt of goods and have reported them as fraudulent to my credit card company so I will get my money back but having checked their Facebook page it would appear that this is a regular occurrence for them. I would anticipate that they do this in a regular basis so they can steal from people and fraudulently take money from people without delivering what the customer has ordered."

"I have order a jacket last week, and I tried many times to join the customer service by e-mail and by phone ni body answer. On the site the order was delivred yesterday but I didn't recieve anything.
I don't recommand this site

2 very bad expeirences buying from FC Moto - same story both times

"So I have not twice ordred from FC Moto, both time calling them to confirm items were in stock. But for both times I ordred the story was the same, did not hear from them for over 1 week, then I call to hear about the order, and get a story (from a not very service minded person) that the items are not in stock from their supplier. They did not answer my first email about delevery time, so not chance getting and answer with out calling them, only to talk to a person that abovisiolly hates his job.

Now I will do what I should have done the fist time, that is to cancel the ordre, and spred the word about this expirence.

Very happy customer

"Once I ordered from F C Moto I read a few reviews giving negative comments regarding order processing and deliver to the UK. At this point I was somewhat concerned I may have issues with my order.. However speak as I find, I ordered a new Shuberth C3 Pro helmet online after 4pm on the 1st Dec 2017 and I sit typing this review on the 6th December 2017 with my helmet at my side after arriving at 11.45am. Very easy web site to navigate, with simple order process and best price I could find.The Sportbikeshop UK would not even price match, so must be a good price.. Very happy customer and will be ordering further goods from FC Moto in the near future. Well done FC Moto great service and product..."

Watch out for this company

"I ordered some goggles for my son to ride his new MX bike. He chose FC Moto. I ordered the goggles, and they arrived broken, the lens was cracked.
Unbelievably, they wanted to charge me carriage for returning them. Customer service is non existent, phone not answered, email answered next day robotically with template replies as if I had changed my mind !!!!
Finally I got sent a free returns slip, 2 days after I had lost all patience, and spent £7 sending them back for a refund. Even then they only refunded the goods, not the intial carriage.
So it cost me approx £14 to not get anything usable from them and now they just wont reply at all.

Suggest avoid, there are plenty of other vendors out there who will provide low prices and customer service when the fault is 100% theirs.

Sidi crossfires missing in action

"Sidi crossfires lost by Australia post they admit responsibility,all fc moto has to do is put in a claim through dhl but they do not answer my emails and act as if nothing is wrong,paypal no help either lost the claim because fc moto provided proof they sent them even though tracking shows not delivered.Fc moto has worst customer service I have ever seen they respond to paypay with tracking info within an hour or two but just ignore me,they do not care about the customer.My advice avoid them,plenty of bad reviews and horror stories on forums.Bikerland de sound like the go if you want cheap stuff from Germany they respond to emails.
If you finally answer my emails and send me a replacement fc moto,maybe I will change my review but boots were last scanned arriving in Australia on 7th may now 7th Jul so I wont hold my breath,thanks a lot for the worst service ever.

Lying staff, worse customer service I had experienced online!

"Bought a 1000 EUR worth of items, they were all in stock promised to ship in 2-3 days. 2 weeks nothing, when I contact them, they dont know when they will get my products. Why you list them in stock when you dont have them? so 2 weeks, wasted my time, missed a track day with friends. And this is my second bad experience in 2 years. Last time it was the same, I though you make it better but only worse. Will be my last experience with this company. Now they don't refund my payment, had to open a case in paypal!"

don't beleive the bad reviews

"I live in the US and have ordered from FC-moto. They often have items that are back-ordered. I've purchases a Rukka jacket, Schuberth helmet and sidi boots. I had to return the jacket because it was too tight, no issues on refund

only negative is that shipping is on the buyer both way.

That being said, even with the extra cost of shipping you will save money. Ordering UPS cost 3x as much but you get your gear (if in stock in a couple of day) dhl seems to take 2 weeks

Money paid, no item, not responding

"Paid 350 euros for a helmet. Ordered in march. Still not delivered 4 months later!

Initially responed to emails saying that delivery could take some time. Never contacted me with a voluntary update.

Now their site is not taking email messages at all. Returning email with "permanent error - mailbox full"

Looks like I've lost all money and wasted 4 months of my time.

Online order at your peril.

DO NOT BUY FROM FC MOTO THEY ARE DUDDERS

"I purchased a Cardo Sho-1 Duo Headset from them which is faulty
I asked them could I return it they told me no because I used it ( for 1 day)
I've emailed them 3 times to ask can I return it to them for warranty and they have IGNORED ME
I contacted Cardo themselves and they said place of purchase has to return it
THESE DUDDERS WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS
BUY ELEWHERE AS YOU DONT NEED THE GREIF FROM DISHONEST RETAILERS
