No packaging, damage

"Sent expensive helmet with no soft packaging. Arrived damaged. Ignored my concerns for half a dozen emails, then tried to tell me someone else removed it after shipping. Pretend they didn't have evidence of damage when I'd sent them photos. Used photos to try and say box was tampered with BUT refused to accept them as evidence of damage. Dishonest dealer. "

TOTAL FROUD!!!

"DONT EVER BUY THERE!!! they produce fake tracking numbers, and when you ask them were is the package, they saying that they waiting for an answer from the shipper... and then they refuse to refund you.
i bought a jacket and gloves more then two month ago, and guess what... im not even expecting them.
all the 5 star comments you see here are also a lie!!!
long story short... its a scam!!!

"Their website states you are allowed to make changes to your order - So I did.

Several days go by, only to receive an email stating it's now too late to change the order. So they've clearly ignored my change request, which completely goes against their websites advertised offers and claims.

False advertising and fraud.

Exactly what I wanted, for a ood price

"Nothing fake about my helmet, its the real deal.
Obviously I am happy I have no reason to send anything back, so make sure the item you want is in your size.
Other than that, the prices can't be beat and I am glad I bought here and got a very good deal.

Very bad service !!!

"Very bad service !!! It works well if you just buy. In my case the article did not look good on me, I had to ask for the money back, see:
- I had to buy a "return label" on the site € 29.90.
Portugal is the country with the most expensive rate.
PS: keep in mind before buy anything, because if you need to change is even worse, You pay the € 29.90 (depends of your country) and still pay the € 7.90 taxes of the new article.
But the story does not end here, I paid the € 29.90, I sent the order, I did everything as indicated to receive the money back. It's been 5 weeks and so far nothing, I've sent emails, and no reply .... Anyway, they looked serious but they're all the same ... JUST WANT TO SELL !!!

Worst customer service ever

"FC Moto sent me a product that was broken and showed signs of use. They promised to exchange it. When I returned it, they refused ‘because the product had been used’. Have sent countless emails saying that they sent me this piece of garbage in this exact condition, but they’re refusing to listen. Have been without a working product for a month now. Worst customer service ever. Am going to get legal advice. "

Four months waiting for my order. Now they won't even answer my emails.

"I placed an order on December 2nd, four months ago. After not receiving it for over a month and a half. I asked FC-Moto to start an investigation with the shipping company. The representative who replied to my request told me that it sometimes takes a while to receive overseas and that we should wait. After two months of me repeatedly contacting them on February 1st they finally agreed that it was time to start an investigation, Now on April 12th, four months later they won't even respond to my emails. I have no product, no apology, no offer to resend the item and no offer for a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had.
Update... After leaving bad reviews on the items that I ordered the issued a refund today. instead of trying to make things right like communicating with the customer, they just wrote me off.

Worst experience i have ever had with online shopping!

"Hi,

it was supposed to be my christmas present for Xmas 2018. The jacket had to be returned and this where the nightmare started: first of all they display a return label (around 15 euros) which obviously doesn't include my country so I had to pay 3 times the price to return the jacket. They didn't follow a single bit of the tracking and after more than 2 months the parcel had been returned to me because they missed the pick up (3 times). I had to bargain and argue to get the shipment fees of the return refunded and had to send the parcel back (again). And this time again, a poor follow up and no notification from them. I used 17track (international tracking service) and noticed again they missed the collection 2 times!!!! So i emailed them 4 times in 2 days to make sure they move and they finally got the parcel back (3 months later i contacted them for the return). And the cherry on the cake, obviously they didn't have my size anymore (obviously after 3 months). Again had to argue to be refunded but not the return of the parcel = i paid 50 euros of shipment for nothing. Exchange more than 65 emails loose so many hours to track and remind them. These guys should be allowed to do business online, they are a disgrace and a shame for all the brands they sell. Do yourself a favor, don't go there at all! (I got proof of all i say btw)

Horrible customer service

" had already twice bad experience with ordering from their website,
perfectly valid credit card was not accepted, when I called the bank no transaction was even initiated but I got the message from fc-moto it was declined by your financial institution. Another time I managed to ordered 2 items on sale, after 3 days they email me one item is no longer available... Both times during communication with customer service they didn't offer any explanation, any other offer or method to complete transaction, they didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. basically they don't care if customer is happy or not, also they do not know what they're selling is in stock. Obviously most of their promotions are fake because usually something is not right on that time. Cannot recommend this company and personally I won't bother again visiting their website.

They send you **** and steal you money.

"This store is a scam or completely incompetent. Have pair of boots that is missing toe-sliders, delivered 5 months ago. Still don’t have any toe-sliders and they refuse to let me return the product! Here in Oz we are half way in to the season so I have of course been forced to bye another pair so I can ride at all. FC-Moto stole 300€ from me and I could never recommend this company to anyone. (And no I can not get the sliders myself because it’s a discontinued product) To all of you who are still waiting for stuff, cancel the order ASAP"

Still my item is not shipped

"I have ordered AGV Tartuga helmet from FC-MOTO cost of 219.86 € on 1/06/2018 and shipping was showing as 5 to 7 days, It's 12th day and I have not received any updates from them, If they are not shipping my item in 2 to 3 days, I want my money back and want to cancel the order. I paid online and I am really worried about it. My order number is 6328809."

Terrible support

"I've spent over 2700 EUR on gear from FC-Moto during the last ten months, including a Schuberth C4 helmet. The antifog visor on the C4 isn't a proper pinlock, but a Schuberth copy, and it started to fog up really badly, making the helmet virtually unusable. The antifog visor isn't kept in place by the (non-adjustable) pins and falls down by gravity alone.
Apparently Schuberth realised this and are now (2018) selling the C4 with an improved visor. When I contacted Schuberth, they said the retailer would replace my visor under warranty. I've also read that on various forums where customers say they've had a functioning visor from their bike shop.
I called FC-Moto, who offered to sell me a new visor plus a proper Pinlock for 85 EUR.
I then sent a support ticket to FC-Moto, order number and receipt included, and told them what Schuberth had said, but got no response.
I then sent them email, twice, and after a couple of weeks I got a generic reply (shortened):
Send the item back to us for inspection by the manufacturer along with a copy of the invoice. It will be replaced with a new or repaired item if a warranty case can be confirmed. Allow 4-6 weeks for this process. Make sure the item is clean, or we will charge you 50 EUR for cleaning.
We offer a discounted Return Label via DHL for many countries, which you can buy from us. You can benefit from the conditions that we have negotiated exclusively for our customers.

I contacted Schuberth again, who say they will send me a new visor.

It's not about the money. It's about customer service and FC-Moto not honouring what the manufacturer has promised.
Needless to say, I'll never buy from FC-Moto again.

"I returned the order at 4th April.

They accepted the return but they haven't returned my money (600 EUR).

One month passed and they ignored all my messages.
