Took the part almost 2 weeks to get here. It was the wrong part

"Ordered parts on 24 April 2024.. Finally received the part on 6 May 2024. Worse offered the nine dollars and change for the shipping. When I should’ve been offered a full refund plus the product. Then the product does not fit a 2008 Magnum"

Late

"Last two times I've ordered something is said in the warehouse for three or four days and then the day I'm supposed to get it today late because they didn't send it out I'm two and a half hours away from him and it takes 3 days or more to get the product"

Carparts experience

"I ordered front & rear shocks('57 Bel Air) which were delivered in a very timely manner. One rear shock had a leak and needed to be returned for replacement. Well, the swiftness, correspondence, attention to detail which I have not experienced in a "dogs age" was/is really impressive. And, let me add, this was over a weekend, on the website. The replacement shock is in transit at no charge. This is definitely my "go to site" for car parts. WELL DONE."

Less expensive good quality parts

"Got an estimate from an auto shop to replace a side mirror at $600. Bought the mirror from CarParts.com for $60 including the shipping. Had it installed in one hour. The mirror looks and works like the original, it was shipped almost immediately and arrived in three days. "
