Efficient

"The gentleman whom I spoke with was very patient very knowledgeable as to whether or not you guys had parts in stock or not, gave me a choice as to whether or not I wanted to still purchase the item even if the parts weren’t there he was very clear and no tricking me into spend money I feel safe and comfortable ordering from you guys he deserves a reward if only all sales representatives were like him it would mean more business for your company I will e referring my friends! Misleading

"Placement order and pay for the next day delivery. It takes a day and a half to process it and it's not delivered the next day from order date. When I contact them to ask them about this I get the runaround the according to the warehouse quote unquote or they can't control Air freight and delivery people when it hasn't even been shipped shipped. No wonder their prices are so cheap just like their service I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody."

I saved so much money using Carparts.com!

"I needed a new back taillight (not my fault) and my son-in-law suggested I order from Carparts.com for $75.++, and he would install for me. Instead of paying the $241.++(for the exact same part) from the business I have my car serviced, plus their $50.00 installment fee(for 1/2hr.labor). Since my son-in-law lives out of state, I chose to ask my mechanic why they were charging such an exorbitant part price and he said that's what he is charged from his ordering service. But if I order the part myself and bring it to him, he would install for his $50.00 labor price. So that's what I did and saved myself $241.++ and had it put in as soon as it arrived! Thank you, Carparts.com and I say thank you to my mechanic for graciously allowing me to order my own part and bring to him to install and bypass that HUGE middleman upcharge in car part price!!"
