"Tried to call for information due to I was replacing outdated parts and am not versed with hinges. Impossible to talk to anyone at this place so ended up ordering wrong parts which their web page suggested.. Requested call back to get correct parts. Instead got an email back telling me i would have to drill new holes for a front mount. Original was a side mount. Emailed back to see if I there was another part that would work better. No response. Had to call blum to get the correct part. {Their service is great by the way. } I will have to eat shipping cost to send wrong parts back. They are giving me money back on wrong parts but what a pain in the ****. Could all be solved with a simple phone call - like blum "

"One suggestion. The six boxes of screws ordered were were mixed together in the master carton. The boxes the screws come in have a folded bottom that allows them to easily fall out and they did. I spent fifteen minutes grouping them properly by size. You might want to put packing tape on the bottom of each box like I did. "
"Parts arrived fine but packaging was sloppy. Very little padding, etc. Slides were just kinda loose in there and during transport they chewed through the cardboard and were poking through the side of the box. Was worried there would be damage but they were fine. Need to do a better job on that.

"We've purchased the slide out drawer conversions several times in the past few years and they are amazing. Not cheap, but the quality of the product and even the way they are packed lets you know this product is way beyond big box store quality. Installing the slide our drawers with plywood supports & tracks installed is the only way to go. Takes all the measuring and guesswork out of installing them. I can now do it (I'm 75) in 15 minutes without measuring and only basic hand tools. To screw up this installation you would have to be trying to do it.

"I ordered a blind cabinet inset from them. Their dimensions on the website were inconsistent and then when I asked for help to find the right one they were not helpful at all. On top of this they are charging a restocking fee. Poor service and I would be better off dealing with a local cabinet supply company or even just Home Depot. "
