"Tried to call for information due to I was replacing outdated parts and am not versed with hinges. Impossible to talk to anyone at this place so ended up ordering wrong parts which their web page suggested.. Requested call back to get correct parts. Instead got an email back telling me i would have to drill new holes for a front mount. Original was a side mount. Emailed back to see if I there was another part that would work better. No response. Had to call blum to get the correct part. {Their service is great by the way. } I will have to eat shipping cost to send wrong parts back. They are giving me money back on wrong parts but what a pain in the ****. Could all be solved with a simple phone call - like blum "

However, in spite of the fact that they tried to help me on a few back and forth emails and phone conversations, the help they offered was of very little value and the hinge recommendations they ultimately made to me would have been wrong.
