"Best customer support I've ever got. Every time I called their free number, I get through to a customer service guy really fast. They check the computers quickly and only put me on hold to check my order information. They gave me free stuff that I wasn't really eligible for because of my date purchase time, but because when they shipped my backordered P-2040 laptop, the date their qualified me for the free battery and case, which they gave me and shipped it overnight free too. They are the best, but they get crazy on shipping, 3 big boxes that can fit 50 of that laptop. They fill it up with lots of fill-airs."
