Placed order after business hours on friday, product shipped on Monday, was in my hands on Tuesday, and I only paid for Airborne Ground Shipping (which ended up shipping as FedEx). I ordered from them because they had the best pricing on the card. Everything went very smoothly, I was kept informed throughout the entire ordering process with emails of the order status (including when it shipped and the tracking #). It's a good thing they sent these emails, because their order status web page wasn't working for me at the time too."

"Dealt with zones.com on many ocassions and each time there has been a small problem -- shipping delays, etc.
Thsi most recent order prompted me to rate them on resellerratings.com. I placed an order for a product after calling a CSR to confirm details about the product. CSR confirmed the model# and the price. I placed the order and received a confirmation email. I did a followup call with a different CSR and they confirmed the order was placed and it would be fulfilled.
After 1 day, I received an email from zones.com saying my order had been cancelled due to a "pricing mistake". Not good in my books considering 2 different CSRs confirmed the price and my order. I'm not pleased. Do not shop here."

They should face up to "their" problem(s)if a B7M posts a wrong price they honor it.
