"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! I placed an order for a good deal, an and after all that trouble they cancel my order saying it is unavailable (LIE). I called the manufacture and it is available. Zones is currently selling 20 packs of the product, how could it not be available? I expect to see this item back on their website in a couple of days because it is available.. I guess their low price was an advertising scam or a scam of another kind. This company likes to mislead and lie to their customers (proof in the emails they sent me). Stay away! Go to newegg.com, never had any problems with them!"
"Ordered a Maxtor 160GB drive from these guys. The sent me a confirmation email saying that they have received my order and put a holding charge of $116 on my CC. Then they send an email a few hours later saying that they rcv'd inaccurate information and won't be getting the product. Highly doubtful. They'll probably be rcv'ing the product within the month, and they don't want to honor their price. Sounds like a scam to get people to come to their website. This isn't the first time they've done this. They screwed up my order before and sent me a cheesy 50 cent calculator for my troubles."

"ordered the gigafast mini-switch for $25 w/ a 20 rebate. due to a high demand they were out of stock. spoke to a CSR and he tried to find me one but was unsuccessful. hay. at least he tried which is better than then standard "we ain't got it" retort.
a few days later they received some more switches and it was sent out. delivery was quick. packaging was so-so.
overall, I was impressed with zones and give them an enthusiastic two thumbs up."
