Customer Service!

"When I made my Zapals purchase online. I wanted to use a Zapals coupon that a customer rep Yan was kind enough to issue to me because of a shipping issue. When I made my most recent purchase. I filled in the necessary info correctly, but the credit didn't come off my purchase price and shipping fee. I immediately contacted a Zapal customer rep, who advised me to clear my browser cookies & try again. While I am not totally computer illiterate, I preferred to just have the amount credited to my credit card account since my account had already been charged. With no hesitation, the customer rep. arranged for my account to be credited in about 3 business days. Done and done! No sweat, no problem. Great service! I've shopped at Zapals for about two months, and happy with their merchandise, prices and customer service."

Patient and Flexible in a Complicated Situation

"My action camera quit working 3 month after purchase, after fiddling around and around with it......I was running out of ideas. An Email to Zapals, and after explaining the round and round with no progress, Zapals went above with a service rep, Galaxy, who was awesome, he was professional and helped me diagnose the problem, when I was offered a replacement camera of equal value.....and I do not expect this from any vendor, and I would not say it's their general policy.....but this kind of commitment to customer service, has earned a level of customer loyalty that will be hard pressed to be beat! Few companies go to this level of service, that reminds the customer that they have not been forgotten, even long after the sale. Thank You."

Invoice was confirmed

"Invoice was confirmed and dispatched within 2 days. Customer service was great. I contact the CSR via online chat for a defective article and received reply in 5 minutes and they send out replacement next day. Excellent store with good people."

"Like other people I never received my order and lost 23.93 Dollars
Zapals has contacted me since my initial email you can read in ticket and did the right thing by offering me a full refund. That is why I must give 5 stars. Angelia or chen ting from customer service was very understanding and helpful. No more copy paste answers about their policies (I hate that) but real human contact and fair work. Her boss should give her a raise because she retrieved a lost customer who is not afraid to spend some money.

Always informative

"It was pleasant with the service I have received from Zapals. They are easy to reach and set up communication. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They have solved our technical issues. Zapals Shouldn'd do business in United States

"Their shipping/tracking is false information. They could never tell me where the hell my package was and when asking for a refund, they refused. Hard to track things not shipped via ups or fed ex. They should be banned in the United States until resolving their shipping issues...unless they are a scam website which at this point I believe they are. "

Chinese scammers at their worst.

"Don't buy a thing from these crooks, I ordered a 2016 Bluetooth Xbox One controller, which was meant to arrive within 5-8 days.
16 days later, I received a cheap, clearly fake, 2013 Edition of the original Xbox One Controller.
The plastic was thin and obviously poorly made, and upon putting batteries in the back, I realised the Microsoft warranty seal had been forged in attempt to look authentic, but hadn't been stuck on properly.
After inserting batteries, I found the real kicker.
IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK.

Complaining to Zapals via email, they made me jump through hoops, which lasted for over a week of sending them the SAME pictures of the product, and several videos of it "not working".

They eventually said I could send it back and they MIGHT refund me, but I would need to pay for the postage.
Demanding they pay for postage as it's their mistake, they wanted a quote, which was roughly £50, and they were VERY quick to issue a refund when they realised their bogus product would cost them more to get it back than to just refund and abandon it.

I urge you, don't touch Zapals with a 50ft pole!!!

NEVER GOT MY ITEMS

"ORDERED 5 ITEMS FROM THEM AND ITS BEEN OVER 33 DAYS AND NOTHING. CUST. SVC. SAYS THEY HAVE NO TRACKING NUMBER AND ASKS ME TO WAIT. IMO THIS COMPANY ****!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"

The projector I like

"Great products. One of my favorites is JmGo projector, which I use for class and really enhances my ability to stay organized with all the materials. Another use for this product is as a pre-sale, it gets me in the special zone when I need to unlike any other product out there. I would recommend trying this product from the mode you like and see what you think, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I have presented it to some of my friends to try as a sample and they ended up purchasing it."
