Scammed and sent knock off items

"Says they’re in the UK but they’re obviously drop shippers from a low grade knock off Chinese warehouse as that’s where they came from and the customer service rep I emailed with regarding shipment was clearly not English speaking. I Was scammed by them sending knock off items even though everywhere on their site and page for Fingerlings stated they were authentic Toys R Us exclusives.
They were not authentic, the packaging was damaged, I paid $40 for 5-10 shipping and they sent it out only after I emailed 9 days later.
Received it over a month after I was supposed to and they didn’t work. Contacted customer service twice and no reply.

No response from them

"I ordered 2 dash cams from these guys and its been more than 10 days. There is absolutely no update about my order. I sent them multiple requests via website and all that I end up getting is an automated email.
Very poor aftersales service. Stat AWAY

Say bye bye to to your money

"Never received the item... Contact email never responded to...
I wished I would have seen the reviews first. I never would have placed my order with this on line company. I actually thought I was ordering from Staples, and was rather annoyed when I discovered it was some comoany in China... The item never arrived, and contact to the customer service did not resolve the missing item or result in any refund... Stay away from these guys, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

RIP OFF!!!

"Bought a game controller for iPhone - does not work (and the charger can’t be plugged in, as the slot and hole in the casing are not lined up!!). Emailed them for a refund and a returns number and got a response saying “deliveries can be delayed during busy periods”!! NEVER EVER buy from these con-artists - how they are still in business/directors not in prison, is beyond me...."

Do not go there!

"Ordered a game for Christmas gift 11/26/17. Tracking website they send you to is terrible. They do not respond to emails. Crushed package arrived January 10th. To late and not a package I would want to receive as a gift. They need to be investigated. Very poor service"

Chinese shop to buy small gadgets

"I don't have a bad experience though I bought only cheap gadgets. I made several orders (6pcs) and everything arrived on time and safely packaged. The inner management interface is a little bit strange. I can't say anything about customer service because fortunately all of my orders arrived. I will go back to buy again. "

They dont give refunds - using chinese ear buds that have bad quality only 1 works

"Ordered 4 earbuds for iPhone 7. these have very bad quality after waiting weeks to get them and only 1 earbud works.
I ordered earbids from apple, no sound quality issues and both earbuds work. Company wont refund.. Stay Away!

No Christmas for 6 kids

"I ordered 6 fingerlings they were to be here before Christmas. Today is Jan. 19 2018 I still do not have the items. I am getting the run around from the company. Authorities need to go after this company . I did receive an email saying 5-15 days ;the day of that email was already way beyond the 15 days!!!!! I was super skeptical, but they proved me wrong

"I ordered an NES knock off console from them on 12/26/17 without looking into the site. I figured for $30.99 I couldn't lose much. After seeing the initial tracking number, I was hopeful, but then there were no updates that the item had left China for at least 15 days. I started looking into the company and found this site, which absolutely crushed my hope that I would receive anything. I sent a simple email to their customer service with the order number and tracking info, asking for a status update because I had not seen any movement online. I received no response to my message, but I saw that my item had arrived in Los Angeles a couple days later as I kept checking the tracking number. At that point, I wasn't sure if I would receive the correct item or anything that worked, because of all the reviews here. Three days ago, I received another tracking update from USPS saying that my item would be delivered on 1/18/18 by 8:00pm. Today is that day and I received the item, in good working condition. I brought it to work to prove to my co-workers that I did not get ripped off and we played the original Super Mario Bros. and Contra. The item works great. Had the company responded to my email, I would have given them 5 stars, but even so, I'm happy with my purchase and have nothing bad to say about Zapals. I have a few co-workers who are going to order the same item, now that they've seen mine.

On a side note, this may not be the case, but it seems to me that Zapals may have held orders in November and December so they could ship everything at once by boat or whatever means they used. I ordered on 12/26, so I didn't have to wait as long, but I'm curious to know if some people who ordered in late November or early December will get their items around this week, depending on where they live. If someone receives their item super late, could we all get an update? Thank you!

Ordered 11/20/2017, still no product as of 01/12/2018

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts/stocking stuffers on 11/20/2017 and as of 01/12/2018, they have never even acknowledged my order much less shipped anything. The only correspondence received was the receipt from PayPal. If a deal looks too good to be true, it almost always is. Just don't do it. Buy more locally. I know better. Fortunately, I did pay via PayPal and have opened a case requesting a refund."

Never shipped the goods only provide invalid tracking number

"I have ordered a mobile phone stand on 6 December 2017. I then received an email with shipment # and tracking reference. As of today 11 January 2018, I still have not received the goods. I checked with my local post office who confirmed that the tracking refrrence is invalid and could be zapals internal reference number. Only contact me is available, however with no response. Customer service/support is useless! Would never buy anything from zapals again. "

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM

"It is do depressing that there are companies out there taking advantage of people like this and that it is allowed to happen. I placed an order with Zapals.com unfortunately before reading these reviews. The order arrived with a knockoff of the Fingerling product (even though it was falsely advertised as a Fingerling) and the other item I ordered was not even in the package, they sent me a completely different product (of much lesser value of course). This company is a scam, they took advantage of all of us at Christmas by posting lower prices on items or by showing they had stock in items that we could not find elsewhere, yet they had no intention of providing to us what we ordered. I am disputing the entire charge with my credit card company. I want NOTHING to do with Zapals.com and I can't believe they can get away with this"

No Item, No Customer Support

"Like others have mentioned, emails to support will only give you an auto-generated email. They are never followed up on. I ordered an item over a month ago, which I assume will never come at this point. They sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that is not legitimate maybe less than a week after I placed my order. I've checked it many times just to make sure it wasn't one of those issues where it hadn't shown up in the shippers system yet, but no."
