worst online store ever

"I purchased five XiaoMi wifi extenders and other stuffs on Nov. 11th 2018, one of the biggest promotion of the year on this website. After 43 days, I still have not received anything. I contacted their customer service at least four times. Every time they said the item would be back in stock in five business days. It is just not the truth. I asked them if they could send whatever they have first. They said they couldn't. The worst thing is the when you go to Xiaomi extender Wifi webpage, it shows " in stock". So it it totally a scam. I left a review of my experience on Xiaomi about my experience. It is still " under review" and never published. This is the worst online store ever. After all, it is store based in China."

don't pay extra for shipping, your items won't come in time

"I placed an order on November 30. I was paranoid my items wouldn't come in time for Christmas, so I paid an extra $30 for 3-7 business day shipping. My credit card was charged but the confirmation email for the order never came.

The only ways to contact Zapals customer service seem to be email and the "Help Desk" internal messaging system for which you need to make an account. I sent probably five emails over the span of two weeks requesting the tracking information and confirmation for my purchase. Eventually I sent a message through the Help Desk, which they finally replied to.

It had been well over 7 business days. They said they would ship within 5 days, and that "in peak season, it will be over 7 business days." Why would you even let people pay for 7-day shipping if you can't ship things that quickly?

I asked for a refund because the items would no longer be coming on time. They did refund me pretty quickly. Anyway, they're not trying to steal your money, but these people will *not* honor the expedited shipping that you pay for, and customer service will take ages to respond to you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

"I am appalled with the treatment I have received from this company. I ordered a pair of headphones for my Iphone 7. The headphones arrived LATE and they did not work. I contacted the customer support team, and was told that I must send pictures of the headphones in order for them to do anything about it. I asked them how I was supposed to show them a picture of the broken headphones, when the problem was clearly to do with the wire inside. I asked for a refund, and was told they would compensate with a $5 coupon. I live in the UK, so I'm not sure what good that would do for me, and it was also not what I asked for. I was told I would receive this in 5-7 Business days, and it has now been 10 days and I still have not received an email, let alone my refund! Not to mention the countless spelling mistakes in the company email, which not only made them hard to read, but also goes to show how unprofessional this company is! The company then sent me the code for a $5 coupon. $5 equates to £3.90, which is considerably less than what I paid for the product. I sent a final warning email to the customer service team, stating that if I had not receive my refund I would be taking legal action, and was told I would receive this refund within 1-7 business days, IF I agreed to change my review to 5 stars! I said I would absolutely not be conforming the black male they were presenting me with, and that if I did not receive my refund by the date specified, then I would be getting trading standards and fraud action Involved. I then received an email saying the money would be in my account within 24 hours. 2 days later and still no refund! And now they are ignoring my emails. Well Zapals, I have reported you to trading standards and Action fraud, and i trust they will be in touch soon to find out as to why you feel you can withhold my refund- particularity as it states on you website 30 day money back guarantee. I still am waiting for a full refund, and I will leave a review on every website I can until I get it! Absolutely disgusting behavior. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!"

WORST SERVICE AND LIARS

"I bought a product on 21 Sep, and it was not dispatched till 27th, They provided me a tracking number which was not showing any update for next 3 days. Then for couple of days it was not showing any movement of package from a place. I asked the customer service and they said you ordered Regular Post so it will only show HALF TRACKING. (seriously! half tracking). And when i ordered the product they said it will take 7-25 days but the customer service says it will take upto 45 days from shipping. What the HELL! why you guys waste 6 days in shipping (When asked they said it was out of stock, if it was. why you took order and why you didnt notify me). Customer service has only one answer PLEASE WAIT PATIENTLY.

Didn't receive my order!

"Had a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE from Zapals. Ordered External hard drive case on 21st July 2018. Its 26th Sept 2018 now. Still no sign of arrival of the item.

Hong Kong standard post says on order ( delivery between 7-45 days ) Emailed zapals ( Ticket number- #KOU-71707 ) they're asking me to wait for another 30 days saying delivery could be up to 75 days.

They gave tracking number of Hong Kong Post via which we couldn't track the item.Your Shipment #101102213 for Order #101374100. Why give unnecessary tracking number which cant be tracked?

Not at all Happy. Please stay away from ZAPALS!!

Also they've taken off the order from my account, when I tried looking into it. It looks like I haven't ordered anything from them. SCAMMERS!!
