"I've bought a headphone QCY Q29 Pro and the lights/LEDs didn't work properly also I couldn't change them in the box charger. I create a ticket and they ask about photos of the package and a video to prove that there was a real problem. I did all of it and I claim for a new set of headphone or refund. They didn't want, they request that I should send back the headphone for a proper check in the factory.
So, I sent it and the shipment never arrives. So, now I don't have headphones and on top of that, I spent money to send it back.
I've bought hundreds of time on internet in a different website and if I have any problem they refund or send again after prove the problem.

"This company is a joke. I purchased 2 PS4 compatible wireless controllers from them and neither of them worked. I would warn anyone from buying anything from them as they seem to sell fake/counterfeit goods and then refuse to refund your money.
My original request for a refund was met with a response regarding a totally different product, then a request for a video of the fault and photographs of the original packaging so that they could identify the product that they had sent me.
Then there was an offer that I return the goods to China at my expense so they can check the faults or an offer of £12 to get the goods repaired locally. They referred to their returns policy that any returned goods must be returned at the customer's expense.
Then there was an agreement to refund the cost of postage but only if and after I returned them in their original packaging.
I still have not got my money back."
