"Very helpful. Volunteered information that was very useful in deciding on which furnace to order. Delivery time was incredible even when a border had to be crossed. Packaging was just outstanding, it would have survived almost anything. Delivery driver that came was also very professional and polite.
I would highly recommend Younits to anyone.
I will be buying again.

"The item was shipped to the billing address instead of the address I requested. I didn't pay younits for shipping, but I did end up having to pay for shipping to get it to the correct place. That is a little disappointing. Other wise, I had a great experience. "

“We verified the order and confirmed that the Billing address and Shipping address entered by the customer during check out are the same. We had not knowledge of an alternative ship to location or request from our customer. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but as far as we can tell this was not a fault on our end.”

“The item ordered by this review is the 15RLS2 system by Fujitsu that is currently on back order along with the 9RLS2. Our system is set up to send updates periodically when an item is not shipped in 2-3 days to keep our customers informed. Depending on e-mail filter setting our automatically generated e-mail sometimes go to spam. Additionally we are working on a new web portal and a lot of new coding is happening daily that might have also added to this issue.

We apologize for the undue stress and delay that this situation is causing and will follow up with our customer to rectify the solution. We will also ask for an updated review from the customer about said resolution.”

"Younits told me that I would have my unit within three business days. This turned out to be a complete lie just to get the sale. My unit has still not arrived and the shipping company told me possibly another week."

“Update: Delivery is scheduled for 8/1.

This is definitely a serious issue and the customer is correct it stating his frustrations. Our shipping company gives us a 3-5 day delivery time frame for all orders coast to coast. The following link will take you to our shipping terms page http://www.younits.com/shipping-and-returns
This order was originally place online on 7/24 and needed to be corrected as it was not what the customer needed. The order was finalized on 7/25 and shipped the same day, delivery is scheduled for 8/1. We shipped the order out right away per the request of the customer. We can not guarantee a delivery date but at the same time need to know if the shipping company is not holding up their end. We ship a lot of orders shipping issues arise on occasion. We can generally react very quickly if we are notified. We love review (good or bad) and in this case a resolution can be obtained much faster with a call into Younits.com (800) 880-0199.
We did speak with this customer on 7/30 and provided the shipping terminal contact information to schedule the delivery and did not receive a call back with notification of any issues.”

"Great service! Above and beyond the call of duty. Our Florida home was out of AC because of a thermistor and Younits.com - Paul was able to find the part that night and have it shipped to us. He also offered us to purchase it locally and they would reimburse us for the part as well but the part was not to be found locally, so they got it next day. Great personal service in a time when no one gives it. Younits.com goes the extra mile!

I am an architect with 25 years experience and I would recommend Younits.com to anyone looking to purchase a new AC unit. 100% Customer satisfaction!
