"Very friendly and helpful with questions I had. I installed a ductless heat pump, one of my first DIY projects. The unit is great and installation was a snap. I live in Seattle and qualified for a credit from my electric company. I had to have a professional vacuum down the lineset and turn on the refrigerant, but I saved a bunch of money doing the installation myself. There's other companies out there that may have products for cheaper, but do your research on customer satisfaction first. For a no-hassle purchase and amazing customer service, go with Younits."

"ordered a fujitsu heat pump on Oct 21 ,supposed to be shipped out on Oct25, waited until the 30th and checked on shipping ,we were told that no units were available at that time but would have one by the 8th ,got a call on the 13th of Nov telling us they couldn't get any of the type we wanted and tried to sell us a different kind,declined and cancelled order"
“Fujitsu has underestimated the popularity of their indoor ASU15RLS2 and ASU12RLS2 systems for the 3rd time this year. This is very unfortunate as they are the most popular BTU units they make.
We communicated via phone of the B.O. but failed to follow up with an e-mail thus unable to give any other reasonable excuse for not communicating better.
We take our reviews very seriously and leave all (good and bad) available for viewing.
Younits does offer to substitute a system with a competitive unit but the decision is up to our customers. This order has been cancelled from our system and a full refund issued at our customers request.

“Filters are one of 3 brands that ship direct, the others being Runtal and Rothenberger Tools. All orders are processed electronically and submitted to the vendor for completion. Unfortunately this order was overlooked by the manufacturer and did not ship within the allotted 2-3 day time frame. We have corrected this error and issued a full refund.
Filters will be delivered to our customer this week at no charge.”
