Within 5 munites of me hitting the purchase button Someone called me to verify what time I was leaving for my trip, because FedEx Standard Overnight only means that it will be delivered the next day, not the next morning. I submitted an order on Saturday afternoon, decided that I'd like to add an item to the order that evening but the order had already been processed, so I sent an email. I got a phone call in reply within minutes, from the owner of the company, who told me that he has the email sent directly to his home on the weekends. I told him what I wanted to do, he said to make another order and he'd remove the shipping charges from it, so I did, he replied via email that he'd gotten the order again within minutes, and that he'd removed the charges. Sure enough, both items arrived together within 3 business days. And all this for an order that totalled about $23!"
"I ordered the Linksys BEFSR11 one-port router from YesMicro on Monday afternoon with two-day FedEx shipping. On Wednesday I received this part, as scheduled. Shipping times were spot on, but the packaging material was brown paper stuffed in a box. No damage to the router, not even the plastic the blue box was wrapped in, thankfully. I was just expecting some packing peanuts, and not getting them was a welcome surprise, while slightly unsettling with how some packages are handled.
No qualms about service, easy to order. The site is slightly cumbersome to navigate and find exactly what it is you're looking for, but well laid out.
