"I ordered an Inspire 6600 speaker system from this company, based on their good reputation and low price. The system was on backorder, but they said they'd have it in by a week and then they'd ship it to me: what a grave mistake it was ordering from them. It is now a month later, I haven't received the speaker system, and when I e-mailed them asking why, they stated "the manufacturer hasn't sent it yet." This is terrible business: it does not take a month to get one speaker system from a supplier. YesMicro.com needs to get its act together and get its business principles straight. This customer is 100% disatisfied, and there is no excuse for this behavior."

"At first, I was disappointed and unhappy with this company. I ordered a package from them, then realized I didn't need it, so when the package arrived I resent it without even opening the mailing container. Then 2 weeks later, they sent an email stating the package was returned with the factory seals opened and therefore denied my refund and sent the package back to me. They weren't responding to my email and their contact numbers were useless. The 800 number is just a recorded voice that goes on forever, but will not allow you to speak to anyone. Their (303) number just rings and rings until it disconnects you. After a couple days, I finally received a phone call from the company's president. He expressed his apologies saying that the distributer they work with made the mistake and that the seals were not broken. He also said that their "live representative" phone line was temporarily down. And, unfortunately for me, this happened to coincide with him being away from his email for a couple of days, hence why I was unable to speak to anyone. It appears the situation will be resolved to my satisfaction. They're giving me my full refund, paying for S&H for the return of the package, and giving me a $100 credit. The president assured me that what happened to me will never happen again. All in all, I think they resolved the problem to my satisfaction and I'll probably shop there again."

"I was drawn to this merchant for 2 reasons: cheapest price on the all in wonder 9600 pro during the first week of it's release, and the incredible amount of positive reviews it has on multiple rating and price comparison websites. i have to say that i am quite impressed with their service. they are amazingly fast to reply to emails which is pretty much unprecendented in online business.

"My first order was a good experience. Item was in stock as stated, e-mail notifications for order acceptance and shipping were on time, price was good (not the absolute lowest, but close), and the shipping time (3 business days) and cost were fine. "I incorrectly entered an order. Less than 60 minutes later I attempted to cancel it. I followed the on-line instruction and sent an e-mail requesting to do so. No answer. I sent a second e-mail. No answer. And a third - no answer. All over the course of about 5 hours. Unbelievable. DO NOT SHOP AT YESMICRO. DON'T BELIEVE THE RATINGS."

"Skeptical at first, but currently AMAZED! I purchased an N6 tuner for my projector on Labor day (sept 1). The site said no shipping on the holiday and orders will be shipped out on the 2nd. I received the item on September 3rd before noon with ground shipping!!!! Their system automatically sends emails detailing each step of the order and delivery process. This merchant even took the time to double box my item - very professional and something big name merchants do not do! Their prices are also rock bottom AND their service is 100%.

They have a bunch of warehouses around the US and if you check a UPS ground map you could have overnight or second day shipping for the price of ground! This alone can be worth around $50 compared to other merchants. I will definately consider this merchant for any future purchases.

"It's easy for a company to ship out products speedily, but it's how a company handles a problem that's hopefully more indicative of customer service.

The biggest problem is from 3rd-party errors, i.e. the courier. If it's the fault of the company itself, that's no problem - never buy from them - but handling UPS or Fedex's problem can be sticky. I had ordered an iGO Juice universal AC adapter from Yesmicro, and everything was going fine... but it was taking too long for Fedex to deliver. I checked the tracking - no problem, it was at the local center, so I figured they were going to deliver soon; I got busy with school, but they still hadn't delivered. The problem was that Fedex never left the notices (I'm in an apt building) - or someone took them, who knows. After I tried to find Fedex's local number and tracked again, they shipped it back to Yesmicro... oops.

So I emailed Yesmicro explaining this, and asked for them to reship it (with the implied assumption I would have to pay for Fedex's issue - some things can't be helped) - which they did, and with UPS, and didn't charge extra shipping! Not bad. The email responses were within a day. I will probably purchase from them again.
