"This company is awesome! I had ordered a product from them based on a price I found at pricegrabber.com. To make a long story short, there turned out to be a price discrepency that took place after I submitted my order (something to do with a timeout promotion). I wrote them an e-mail when I received the email confirmation (which arrived 30 secs. after I pressed submit), asking them why I was charged more. Not less than 30 minutes later I received a phone call from them (On Saturday evening no less) explaining what had taken place and that they had corrected my invoice and also helped on my shipping charge.
