"I ordered a 50 pk of DVD-R without cover on Dec 10th. I got an email with tracking number on Dec 11th. I tracked it and it arrived on time and all the dvd-r works fine. I will buy from again."
"I ordered a 25 piece bulk order of Princo DVD-R's for $28.00. I placed the order at 4:27 pm MST and received and E-Mail acknowledgement at 5:27 pm MST that they had received my order and I would receive a UPS #. They provided me a URL to check the status of mu order; however, when I used the link, it gave me the same information, what I ordered, teh amount, and teh shipping address. I E-Mailed them on 12/31/02 for a status or A uPS Bill #; however, I reeived no response. I E-mailed them again on 01/03/03 indicating that if I did not hear from them in 24 hours, I was going to cancel my order and give them a negative feedback on yahoo.com. This note is that feedback. It would seem to me with all teh SPAM and advertising going on trying to acquire customers, that once a company acquired a new customer, they would do everything possible to satisfy them and gain some possible future business. Apparently this company does not want to stay in business. I would not recommend to anyone that hthey do bbusiness with this firm."

"I can't say I agree with the other reviews. To start of, you should know that I have already ordered CD-R/Ws, labels, CD-albums, etc. from this store at least 5 or 6 times. First of all, on the very top of the main page they say in big, red font that the tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is sent out and not any time sooner. Also, the Ritek and other cd-r/w’s *without* labels on them are fragile because they’re made for the “stick-on, self-made” labels. You’re obviously not supposed to just leave them the way they are (get labeled cds if that’s what you want!). Although I’ve never had any problems with their delivery system, I suppose that if everyone’s complaining about it then some of their complains may be true (???). To sum it up, my advice to you is: if your main concern is the cost and quality of the products, I definitely recommend this site. If you need the stuff ASAP, either request a faster shipping method or order from somewhere else. "
"This company, as people already have mentioned, are incredibly slow in processing orders. I ordered 200 CDRs from them a week ago, and received my shipping number first today. A few days after I had placed my order, I called them to check if my order had been shipped, and they promised they would ship it on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and it has just been shipped, with a scheduled arrival day of next monday - a total of 13 days from ordering until receiving. This simply sucks. Their prices are okay, but make sure you order supplies two weeks in advance. And also, stay away from their cheapest CDRs. You can read the newspaper thru them, and they scratch VERY easily so take care."
"I don't know what the people on here are talking about with Bad Customer Service. I ordered my package at around 11:30 PM Thursday, Product shipped Monday via UPS Ground (which I selected) and product should arrive Friday. That is what I expect from a company."
"Ordered 200 dvd-r/rw's at extremely low price and wanted 2 day shipping. Received email that they received my order. Thursday roles around and no shipping confirmation sent. I try to call and can't get any one on the phone for 3 hours of trying. Finally get someone who can't tell me the status of my order but says he will send me an email. No email of course. Call back and get someone else who can't find out information on my order, tells me the will call in 15 minutes, still no call. Call them back, still no idea what is happening with my order. They tell me they will call in an hour. Yeah like that was going to happen, call back for the last time and get the same person (who is listening to rap music in the background) who finally tells me they can't find my order and will cancel it. Worst customer service experience ever!!!"
"This company is too slow in shipping orders as the other reviewers posted. Never got an answer when I sent them an email about the status of my order. I had to call them a few times and asked that my order be cancelled before they promised to ship it that day (5 days after order was placed). Also, some of the goods I received from them have defects - broken jewel cases and CD-Rs that wont work! I will contact them about this and see how they handle it. Overall, wouldn't buy from them again."
