"Ordering from the site was great. The site is well organized and user friendly. They are, however a little slow with getting around to gather the parts to build my PC. When I emailed to question the delay, I did receive a prompt response and I was informed that all of my parts are in stock and that it was taking longer than usual to get to my build. Their website states that it normally takes 24 business hours for the build status to update from “ordered” to “parts allocation.” Well, it’s now 10 times past 24 hours and I’m still waiting on them to gather parts that they have in stock. I understand that they have more orders than usual, but the wait time time is getting to be a bit unbelievable. 10 days in and they still haven’t even searched for my parts? This is crazy."
