Great Product, slow delivery, bad customer service.

"I've purchased two laptops through this company. the first time, received as advertised. delivered in their time frame. second laptop received as advertised, delayed delivery due to covid. purchased an additional power adapter through them, it took two weeks to arrive, and it was the wrong adapter, for the computer they built me. dozens of phonecalls, chats, and a few emails later, i still haven't been able to obtain a shipping label to return the incorrect adapter, and they won't refund until they receive the adapter back. I have had to open a dispute with paypal. Ordered adapter april 16, requested return shipping label monday morning may 3 through email/chat on website. nobody has answered their phones, and i still don't have a shipping label.

they do good work, but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

UPDATE: another 2 weeks later, after opening a dispute with paypal, they sent me a shipping label. I returned the incorrect adapter and cancelled the paypal dispute the day they sent me the label . they issued a partial refund, keeping shipping cost as well as a portion of the purchase price of the item. I called and reached a sales rep...who then put me on hold...for 2 hours and 5 minutes, which then hung up on me. I'm still trying to contact them.

UPDATE 2: finally reached James at close of day after 3.5 hours of attempted contact, and was promised the issue would be sent up for full refund and taken care of tomorrow. will update when actually resolved.

UPDATE 3: full refund. accounting reached out and called me first thing in the morning. Original order date: April 16, resolution: May 20.

To their credit, when i could get ahold of a person, they were polite. Unfortunately the organization and lack of communication of their offices is getting in their way. I called MSI directly and ordered the adapter i needed. it cost me $100 less and shipping was free. I had the correct adapter in two days.
