"So I'd like to start by saying I never ever leave reviews. But with my customer service experience I just felt I had to. So I spent the last few months going back and forth on which laptop I should buy. But had them narrowed down to just a couple. After doing my research I went to bestbuy to make my purchase. But nothing against them I left there with more questions then when I first started. I reached out to Facebook for help. And that's when someone told me about Xotic pc. I was so worried when I called that I was gonna be a burden or they were gonna sell me some unnecessary stuff. But in fact it was opposite. The guy was extremely knowledgeable and it felt like talking to an old friend. Not once did he try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. In fact he saved me some money. I'm a first time pc buyer. But after my experience I'm already saving up for a desk top.
